บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ ประการแรก เพื่อพัฒนาเกณฑ์การประเมินคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ และ ประการที่สอง ทดลอง ใช้เกณฑ์การประเมินคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์สำหรับนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มหาสารคาม เขต 3 กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ผู้อำนวยการ 1 คน รองผู้อำนวยการ 3 คน ศึกษานิเทศก์ 3 คน และครู 2 คนสังกัดสำนักงานเขต พื้นที่การศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 3 ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา 9 คน ได้มาโดยการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง(Purposive sampling) และครู ที่อาสาสมัครทดลองใช้เกณฑ์การประเมินคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ จำนวน 75 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบ มีโครงสร้าง (Structured interview) การสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus group discussion) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับเกณฑ์การ ประเมิน และแบบประเมินเกณฑ์การประเมินในด้านเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ ด้านความถูกต้องและความเป็นประโยชน์ สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่สถิติขั้นพื้นฐาน หาค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

เกณฑ์การประเมินคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ 8 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย ด้านรักชาติ ศาสน์ กษัตริย์ มี 3 ตัวชี้วัด 6 พฤติกรรมบ่งชี้ ด้านความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตมี 1 ตัวบ่งชี้ 3 พฤติกรรมบ่งชี้ ด้านวินัยมี 1 ตัวชี้วัด 2 พฤติกรรมบ่งชี้ ด้านใฝ่เรียนรู้มี 2 ตัวชี้วัด 4 พฤติกรรม บ่งชี้ ด้านอยู่อย่างพอเพียงมี 3 ตัวชี้วัด 4 พฤติกรรมบ่งชี้ ด้านมุ่งมั่นในการทำงานมี 2 ตัวชี้วัด 3 พฤติกรรมบ่งชี้ ด้านรักความเป็น ไทยมี 3 ตัวชี้วัด 6 พฤติกรรมบ่งชี้ ด้านมีจิตสาธารณะมี 1 ตัวชี้วัด 3 พฤติกรรมที่บ่งชี้ โดยคุณภาพของเกณฑ์และตัวบ่งชี้ที่ตรวจสอบ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ด้านความเหมาะสมในภาพรวมพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและด้านความเป็นไปได้ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนคุณภาพของการทดลองใช้เกณฑ์ประเมินคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ที่ประเมินโดยครูที่อาสาสมัครทดลองใช้เกณฑ์หลังจากการ ทดลองใช้แล้ว จำนวน 75 คน พบว่า ด้านความถูกต้องในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และด้านความ เป็นประโยชน์ภาพรวมอยู่ใน ระดับมากที่สุด ซึ่งแสดงว่าเกณฑ์การประเมิน คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์สำหรับนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา มีคุณภาพสูงสามารถนำ ไปใช้ได้จริง

ABSTRACT

The purposes of this research were to develop the criteria for evaluation on desirable characteristics, and to try out the criteria for evaluation on desirable characteristics for Prathomsuksa students in schools in the office of Mahasarakham Educational Service Area 3.The key informantions were adirector 3, deputy director, 3 supervisors, 9 school directors,and 2 teachers of the office of Mahasarakham Educational Service Area 3.chosen by purposive samping, and 75 voluntarily teachers. The research instruments consisted of the structured interview ,focus group discussion, the questionnaire about the evaluation criteria, and the evaluation forms for evaluation criteria about propriety, feasibiity, the accuracy, and utility Standards . The statistics used for data analysis were Mean, and Standard deviation.

The evaluation criteria of 8 desirable characteristics were concluded each one as the aspects of Loving of nation, religion and king were comprised of 3 indicators and 6 behaviors , Honesty and integrity was comprised of 1 indicator and 3 behaviors, Self-discipline was comprised of 1 indicator and 2 behaviors, Avidity of learning was comprised of 2 indicators and 4 behaviors, Observance of sufficiency economy philosophy in way of life was comprised of 3 indicators and 4 behaviors, Dedication and commitment to work was comprised of 2 indicators and 3 behaviors, Cherishing Thainess was comprised of 3 indicators and 6 behaviors, and Public mindedness was comprised of 1 indicator and 3 behaviors. The quality of the criteria and the indicators of desirable characteristics were examined by the experts, indicated that the overall of propriety was at the “ most” level The overall of feasibility was at the “ most” level Moreover, the quality of the criteria for desirable characteristics after used by 75 voluntarily teachers found that the overall of accuracy was at the “ most” level The overall of utility was at the “ most” level In conclusion, the criteria for evaluate desirable characteristics in Prathomsuksa were high quality and usabe.
