กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมเพื่อยกสถานภาพสู่ความเป็นศิลปวัฒนธรรม แห่งประชาคมอาเซียน : กรณีศึกษาชุมชนตำบล กันทรวิชัย อำเภอกันทรวิชัย จังหวัดมหาสารคาม

การวิจัย เรื่อง กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมเพื่อยกสถานภาพสู่ความเป็นศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งประชาคม อาเซียน : กรณีศึกษาชุมชนตำบลกันทรวิชัย อำเภอกันทรวิชัย จังหวัดมหาสารคาม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อถอดบทเรียนเกี่ยวกับ ศักยภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนตำบลกันทรวิชัย อำเภอกันทรวิชัย จังหวัดมหาสารคาม เพื่อศึกษา และพัฒนาความเข้าใจและความตระหนักในเรื่องของการเข้าสู่ความเป็นประชาคมอาเซียนของชุมชนตำบลกันทรวิชัย อำเภอกันทรวิชัย จังหวัดมหาสารคาม และเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนเพื่อยกฐานะศิลปวัฒนธรรมชุมชนสู่ความ เป็นศิลปวัฒนธรรมอาเซียน กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้นำชุมชน (ผู้บริหาร อบต. กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน) ผู้นำศาสนา ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ตัวแทนครูจากโรงเรียนในชุม ตัวแทนชุมชน นักวิชาการจากหน่วยงานสนับสนุน นักวิชาการจากสถาบันการศึกษา รวมจำนวน 75 รูป/คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วม และแบบสนทนากลุ่ม การวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ใช้วิธีการแบบอุปมัย (Inductive) และการตรวจสอบแบบสามเส้า (Triangulation) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ศักยภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมเพื่อยกสถานภาพสู่ความเป็นศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งประชาคมอาเซียน อำเภอกันทรวิชัย จังหวัดมหาสารคาม ได้แก่ 1) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคนกับคน 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคนกับธรรมชาติ และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคนกับสิ่งที่เหนือธรรมชาติ จากกระบวนการความสัมพันธ์ดังกล่าวทำให้เกิดคุณค่าของวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนทางศิลปวัฒนธรรมเพื่อธำรงรักษาภูมิปัญญา

2. ขั้นตอนการจัดการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรม มีทั้งหมด 5 ขั้นตอน โดยเริ่มจาก ขั้นตอนการรวมคน ขั้นตอนการ ร่วมคิด ขั้นตอนการร่วมทำ ขั้นตอนการร่วมสรุปบทเรียน ขั้นตอนการร่วมรับผลจากการกระทำ โดยทั้งนี้เริ่มจากการให้สมาชิกทุกคน ยึดหลักการว่าทุกคนมีความสำคัญเท่าเทียมกัน ก่อนนำประสบการณ์เหล่านั้นที่ได้รับมาถ่ายทอดลงในรูปแบบของพลังภูมิปัญญา และ ร่วมรับผลการกระทำร่วมกัน

3. รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมที่มีประสิทธิภาพของชุมชนเพื่อยกฐานะศิลปวัฒนธรรมชุมชนสู่ความเป็น ศิลปวัฒนธรรมอาเซียนของอำเภอกันทรวิชัย จังหวัดมหาสารคาม ประกอบด้วย 1) รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมที่มี ประสิทธิภาพของชุมชน ได้แก่ การเพิ่มแผนการจัดการศึกษาที่เกี่ยวกับกับด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมชุมชน เนื้อหาด้านศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม ได้รับการบรรจุไว้ในแผนพัฒนาการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนในชุมชนต้องกำหนดเรื่องศิลปวัฒนธรรมชุมชนไว้ในภารกิจหลักขององค์กรความมุ่งหมายของการจัดการศึกษา แนวนโยบายการศึกษา และแนวทางการจัดการศึกษา และแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นโดย เฉพาะอย่างยิ่งองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ต้องระบุถึงการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้และเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้ของชุมชน โดยมีแนวทาง และมาตรการในการดำเนินงานด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมชุมชน 2) วิธีการเรียนรู้เพื่อยกฐานะศิลปวัฒนธรรมชุมชนสู่ความเป็นศิลปวัฒนธรรม อาเซียน ต้องรักษาเอกลักษณ์ดั้งเดิมความเป็นตัวตน ขณะเดียวกันต้องปรับวิถีชีวิตให้สอดคล้องกับกระแสสังคมยุคใหม่ ที่ต้องมีการ พึ่งพากัน มีการพัฒนาความร่วมมือด้านวัฒนธรรม โดยคำนึงถึงความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมของอาเซียน

ABSTRACT

This research aimed to design the lessons about capabilities in learning management of community arts and culture, to assess and develop understanding and awareness of the entryinto ASEAN community of Kantharawichai community, Kantharawichai district, Mahasarakham province, and also to develop a model of community learning processes for Community arts and culture to upgrade the status to be arts and culture of ASEAN community. The target population was community leaders (Chief of village, Head of village, SAO executive), religious leaders, local experts, teachers from schools in community, community representatives, academicians from related organizations, and academicians from educational institutions, they were 75 persons. The instruments collecting data were two sets of an interview form and a recording form for a group discussion. The data were analyzed by inductive method and rechecked by triangulation method.

The research results were found as follows;

1. The capacities in learning management of community arts and culture to upgrade the status to be the arts and culture of ASEAN community, Kantharawichai district, Mahasarakham province were; 1) relationship between people 2) relationship between people and nature, and 3) relationship between people and super nature. According to the relations, the relations raised the value of community arts and culture and the arts and culture could be transformed into local wisdom.

2. The five steps of the learning process of the community culture and arts consisted of meeting, sharing ideas, doing, lesson design, and feedback. All members were equally important before they worked together on transferring their experiences into local wisdom.

3. The model of learning processes for community arts and culture to upgrade the status to be the arts and culture of ASEAN community was composed of 1) the master plan of learning management for community arts and culture, adding the content of local community arts and culture in the educational development of the school. The school should add community arts and culture in the school mission based on the educational policies and plans including local development plans on learning process development and community learning networks by preparing guidelines for community arts and culture management. 2) The learning method for upgrading the community arts and culture to be the arts and culture of ASEAN community should maintain its original identity while the arts and culture must be adjusted to current daily life and modern society that people in the society need to be interdependent, and there should be also cultural cooperation development based on the cultural diversity of the ASEAN countries.
