บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์ ประการแรก เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาเว็บไซต์สานสายใยเปิดใจ ผ่านเว็บไซต์ “เพศศึกษา” ประการที่ สอง เพื่อเป็นแหล่งศึกษาข้อมูลเรื่อง เพศศึกษา ที่เป็นปัจจุบัน โดยนำเสนอเว็บไซต์ผ่านระบบเครือข่าย ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการ ของกลุ่มวัยรุ่น และรวบรวมปัญหาเกี่ยวกับเพศศึกษาที่เกิดขึ้นกับวัยรุ่น และ ประการที่สาม เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการ เว็บไซต์ผ่านระบบเครือข่าย เว็บไซต์ http://sanyai-love.rmu.ac.th มีจำนวนผู้เข้าชม 4,843 คน และสมัครสมาชิก 134 คน แบ่งเป็น เพศชาย 22 คน เพศหญิง 112 คน (ข้อมูลถึง เดือนมีนาคม 2555) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ สานสายใย เปิดใจผ่านเว็บไซต์ : เพศศึกษา เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพ ด้วยเทคนิคกล่องดำ (Black box) ของ ระบบอยู่ในระดับดี เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ประสิทธิภาพของระบบอยู่ในระดับดีทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ 1.1) ด้านการทำงานตรงตาม ความต้องการของผู้ใช้ 1.2) ด้านการทำงานได้อย่างถูกต้องตามขีดความ สามารถ 1.3) ด้านการติดต่อระหว่างโปรแกรมกับผู้ใช้ และ 1.4) ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของระบบ มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ระหว่าง 3.94 ถึง 4.24 และระบบมีประสิทธิภาพที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05

2. ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการเว็บไซต์ และผู้สมัครสมาชิกที่มีต่อระบบ ในภาพรวม มีระดับความพึงพอใจ ต่อระบบใน ระดับมาก และแยกรายด้านได้ดังนี้ 2.1 ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการเว็บไซต์ต่อระบบในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ความ พึงพอใจที่มีต่อด้านการรายงาน ด้านความช่วยเหลือ ด้านความปลอดภัยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และด้านการรับข้อมูล ด้านการประมวล ผลข้อมูลอยู่ในระดับมาก 2.2 ความพึงพอใจของผู้สมัครสมาชิกต่อระบบในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ความพึงพอใจ ของผู้สมัครที่มีต่อด้านความสามารถของระบบ ด้านการรายงานอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และด้านการติดต่อผู้ใช้ด้านการทดสอบเพื่อวัด ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานอยู่ในระดับมาก

3. ในเว็บไซต์ ส่วนของห้องสนทนา ผู้ที่เข้ามาใช้บริการมีทั้งเพศชาย และเพศหญิง แต่ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็น 83.58 % ส่วนข้อคำถามแยกเป็นหัวข้อ การมีประจำเดือน 60.12 % การตั้งครรภ์ 22.70 % โรคติดต่อ 6.75 % ปัญหาด้านจิตวิทยา 5.52 และ อื่น ๆ 4.91 %

ABSTRACT

This research aimed to study and develop the connecting on the web with open minds “Sex Education” to be used as a source of current information by presenting on the website through the internet links in accordance with the needs of teenage group as well as gathering typical problems related to sex education happened to teenagers and to study the users’ satisfaction on the website through the internet links: http:// sanyai-love.rmu.ac.th which was visited 4,843 users and 134 registered as members. They were 22 males and 112 females (Data were collected between June 2011 and March 2012).

The results of the research were as follows:

1. The development of the website for connecting with open minds on “Sex Education” by using the Black Box technique was found at a good level. Considering each aspect, it was shown that the effectiveness of system was rated at a good level: 1) working through the needs of the users, 2) working appropriately on capacity, 3) the interface between the program and users, and 4) the work system security. All the four aspects were rated with means ranging from 3.94 to 4.24, and the efficiency of the system was at the .05 of significance.

2. The overall satisfaction of the users and members with the system was found at a high level and could be separated as follows: 2.1 The overall users’ satisfaction with the system was found at the highest level. Considering each aspect, it was shown that the satisfaction towards the report, helpfulness, and security rated at the highest level whilst receiving information and processing data were rated at a high level. 2.2 The overall satisfaction of the members with the system was found at a high level. Considering each aspect, it was shown that the satisfaction of applicants towards the capacity system, and report were at a high level. The contacted users and testing to assess the efficiency system were found at a high level.

3. In the chat room of the website, there were both male and female. The majority users were female (83.58%). Their questions were classified as follow: menstruation 60.12%, pregnancy 22.70%, contagious diseases 6.75%, psychological problems 5.52 % and others 4.91%.
