บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการเปรียบเทียบและข้อเสนอแนะ การจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ใน โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 48 คน ครูผู้สอนลูกเสือ จำนวน 297 คน โดยใช้ตาราง เครจซี่และมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อตั้งแต่ .23 ถึง .79 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ .92 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์สถิติพื้นฐาน และ t - test (independent samples) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัญหาการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ใน ระดับมาก

2. ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนลูกเสือ มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัญหาการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ แตกต่างกัน

3. ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนลูกเสือที่มีวุฒิลูกเสือต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัญหาการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ใน โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ไม่แตกต่างกัน

4. ข้อเสนอแนะในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนควรจัดประชุมทำความเข้าใจร่วมกันของผู้กำกับลูกเสือ ปรับปรุง แผนการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาตนเอง เข้าฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรผู้บังคับบัญชาลูกเสือให้สูงขึ้น มีการบริหารจัดการแบบมีส่วนร่วมตามทิศทาง การพัฒนากิจการและกิจกรรมลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ในโรงเรียน

ABSTRACT

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the problems of senior scout management in secondary schools in Kalasin Province and to study the suggestions on operating senior scout activities. The sample of this study comprised 48 school administrators and 297 scout teachers sampled by using Krejcie and Morgan’s table. The research instrument was a questionnaire of which discrimination indices ranged from .23 to .79 and the reliability value was .92. The collected data were analyzed by basic statistics, and t-test (independent samples).

The findings were as follows:

1. The problems of senior scout management in secondary schools in Kalasin Province as a whole and individual aspects were both at a high level.

2. The opinions on senior scout management in secondary schools in Kalasin Province of the school administrators and scout teachers were different.

3. The school administrators and scout teachers with different scout qualifications had no difference about senior scout management in secondary schools in Kalasin Province.

4. The retrieved suggestions were that there should be: meetings for understanding among scoutmasters; improving of self-development plans; trainings for higher scout leaders; and participating administration on senior scout management in secondary schools.
