บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และค่านิยม
ที่พึงประสงค์ ของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบสอบถามปลายเปิดที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นโดยมีความ
เชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.95 กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน และประธานกรรมการ
สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 344 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ทดสอบสมมุติฐานโดยวิธีวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. สภาพการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมและค่านิยมที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา
โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้ง 6 ด้าน เรียงจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านมีความกตัญญู
กตเวที ด้านมีความเมตตากรุณา เอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ และเสียสละเพื่อส่วนรวม และด้านความมีวินัย มีความรับผิดชอบ และปฏิบัติตน
ตามหลักธรรมเบื้องต้นของศาสนาที่ตนนับถือ ด้านมีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ด้านความภูมิใจในความเป็นไทย เห็นคุณค่าภูมิปัญญาไทย
นิยมไทยและดำรงไว้ซึ่งความเป็นไทย และ ด้านความประหยัด และรู้จักใช้ทรัพย์สิ่งของส่วนตน และส่วนรวมอย่างคุ้มค่า
2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็น ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน และประธานกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พบว่า โดย
รวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านมีวินัย มีความรับผิดชอบและปฏิบัติตนตามหลักธรรมเบื้องต้นของ
ศาสนาที่ตนนับถือ ด้านความกตัญญูกตเวที และด้านความเมตตากรุณา เอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ และเสียสละเพื่อส่วนรวม ไม่แตกต่าง
กัน ด้านความซื่อสัตย์ สุจริต ด้านความประหยัด รู้จักใช้ทรัพย์สิ่งของส่วนตน และส่วนรวมอย่างคุ้มค่า ด้านความภูมิใจในความ
เป็นไทย เห็นคุณค่าภูมิปัญญาไทย นิยมไทย และดำรงไว้ซึ่งความเป็นไทย แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
3. ผลการศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะ พบว่า ควรมีการแบ่งหน้าที่ให้นักเรียนรับผิดชอบ ควรจัดทำสมุดบันทึกความดีนักเรียน
ด้านความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ควรจัดกิจกรรมวันพ่อ วันแม่ และเชิญผู้ปกครองเข้าร่วมให้นักเรียนได้กราบไหว้ ควรจัดกิจกรรมปลูกฝัง
คุณธรรมจริยธรรมด้านความเมตตากรุณา เอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ และเสียสละเพื่อส่วนรวม อย่างต่อเนื่อง ควรส่งเสริมการออมทรัพย์ใน
ห้องเรียน โดยนักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารจัดการ ควรส่งเสริมให้แต่งกายชุดพื้นเมืองในวันศุกร์

This research aimed to study and compare the desirable students’ virtue, moral, and value promoting
the State in the educational opportunity expansion schools Kalasin Educational Service Area Office 2 based
on the school administrators, teachers, and chairmen of the Basic Education Committee and to study their
suggestions. The samples consisted of 344 people who were school administrators, teachers, and chairmen
of the Basic Education Committee. The data were collected by a five rating scale questionnaire, and an
open-ended questionnaire which was created by the researcher. The reliability of questionnaire was at 0.95.
The statistics used was percentage, mean, standard deviation, and F-test (One-way ANOVA) for hypothesis
testing.
The results of the research were as follows:
1. The overall analysis for the desirable students’ virtue, moral, and value promoting the state in the
Educational Opportunity Expansion Schools was rated at a high level. Considering in each aspect, there
were six aspects rated at a high level difference from the highest to the lowest mean score: gratefulness;
mercy, aid; and public sacrifice, and for public discipline, responsibility, and basic dharma principle of their
religious practices. For honesty, pride of being Thai, Thai wisdom awareness, Thai values and Thai unique
preservation, saving, private and public places utilization.
2. The comparison of the sample’s satisfaction was not significantly different as a whole. Considering
in each aspect, it was significantly different and also similar: discipline, responsibility, and principle of their
religious behavior, gratefulness, mercy, aid, and sacrifice. On the contrary, honesty, pride of being Thai,
Thai wisdom awareness, Thai value and Thai unique preservation, saving, private and public places utilization
was significantly different at .05 level.
3. The samples suggested that duties should be arranged for the students, there should be goodness
journal to record honesty. Father’s and Mother’s Days should be arranged and the students’ parents should
be invited to participate in students’ respect promotion, the continuous virtue and moral awareness activities:
mercy, aid, sacrifice should be arranged, classroom saving promotion should be promoted by the students
were participants for administration, and local costume should be promoted to wear on Friday.
