การพัฒนาความร่วมมือระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษา โรงเรียนบ้านสนาม อำเภอวาปีปทุม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลการพัฒนาความร่วมมือระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษา
โรงเรียนบ้านสนาม อำเภอวาปีปทุม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัย
เชิงปฏิบัติการ มีผู้ร่วมวิจัย จำนวน 19 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์
แบบสังเกต นำเสนอผลการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
สภาพปัจจุบันปัญหาการพัฒนาความร่วมมือระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน โดยศึกษาจากผลการประเมินภายนอกของ
สำนักงานรับรองมาตรฐานและประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษา (สมศ.) และรายงานการประกันคุณภาพภายใน อยู่ในระดับพอใช้ และได้ใช้แบบสอบถาม ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ชุมชน ปรากฏว่ามีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับน้อย ดังนั้นกลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัยจึงร่วมกัน
วางแผนกำหนดแนวทางในการพัฒนาความร่วมมือระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน ซึ่งกำหนดขึ้นมา 6 กิจกรรม และได้ดำเนินการพัฒนา
พบว่า ผู้บริหารและครูสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับชุมชนในการร่วมกันจัดการศึกษา มีการประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อสร้าง ความเข้าใจให้บุคลากร
ในสถานศึกษาและชุมชนเห็นความสำคัญในการจัดการศึกษาร่วมกัน ผู้ปกครองและชุมชนเข้ามามีบทบาทในการพัฒนาการศึกษา และ
มีการประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมของสถานศึกษาต่อชุมชนอย่างสมํ่าเสมอ ทำให้ชุมชนเกิดความพอใจและเข้ามามีส่วนร่วม ในการจัดการ
ศึกษาเป็นอย่างดี
การพัฒนาความร่วมมือระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษา โดยใช้การมีส่วนร่วม เป็นแนวทาง
ในการพัฒนาครั้งนี้ สามารถช่วยให้การจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนบ้านสนาม อำเภอวาปีปทุม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่
การศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 บรรลุเป้าหมาย โดยคณะครู ผู้ปกครอง นักเรียน ชุมชนและคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา
ขั้นพื้นฐาน ทุกฝ่ายตระหนักและเห็นความสำคัญและให้ความร่วมมืออย่างดียิ่งในการจัดการศึกษาทุกด้าน ส่งผลให้ประสิทธิภาพการ
จัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนดียิ่งขึ้น

This research aimed to develop collaboration between the school and the community in providing education in Ban Sanam School, Wapeepathum District, Maha Sarakham Educational Service Area Office 2
by using the action research process. The research group comprised 19 persons, and the instruments used in
the study were a questionnaire, an interview form, and an observation form. The results were later presented
in descriptive analysis.
The results revealed that the present state and problems of the development of collaboration between
the school and the community, as evaluated by the Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment (ONESQA) and as documented in the report of internal quality assurance, was in the fair level.
However, when parents and the community were asked to answer the questionnaire, their satisfaction was
found in the low level. Therefore, the research team made a plan to develop collaboration between the school
and the community, and six activities were acquired and later implemented to develop collaboration. It was
found that the administrators and teachers created good relationship with the community in providing
education. The importance of collaboration in providing education was made known to the public in order
to create more understanding among the school personnel as well as the community. Parents and the
community became involved in the development of education, and information about school activities was
regularly publicized in the community. This satisfied the community and participated in providing education
for children.
The development of collaboration between the school and the community in providing education, using
participation action research as an approach of development, could help Ban Sanam School, Wapeepathum
District, Maha Sarakham Educational Service Area Office 2, reach its aims in providing education for children.
The teachers, parents, the community, and the school committee realized the importance of collaboration
and they became involved in all the aspects of providing education. As a result, the efficiency of providing
education in the school increased.
