The Development of Evaluation Models for Integrated English Studies of Learning Management.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to develop a model to evaluate teaching in English for educational integration.
This research was conducted in four steps by the research process and development: Step 1. Analysis and
synthesis: The process of management practices and assesses teaching in English for educational integration
is by studying text books, academic articles, research, reports and interviews to those involved in Teaching
English for educational integration was 30.Step 2.Generation model appraisal. These concepts come
from the first draft of the assessment form. Check the suitability and feasibility of the draft assessment form.
Experts of nine persons where at the technical group discussion.Step 3.Trial evaluating patterns of teaching
in English for educational integration. To study the development and validation meets the actual format
of the assessment. A sample of plant has been selected. Step 4.Assessment model to evaluate teaching in
English for educational integration. The tools used to collect data in this research are interview and assessment
measures. Five levels of the statistical methods were used to analyze the data statistics including; Average,
standard deviation and percent.The research found out that:
1. Teaching in English for educational integration: An education based on basic education curriculum
BE2551 used in English blend languages to communicate with Thailand to strengthen their English learners.
No current assessment and monitoring of the operation of the schools participating from the competent
authority or agency are assigned to the assessment and evaluation criteria. The recipient knows is assessed
by the echo evaluation In order to contribute to the improvement and further development. This should involve
an assessment of external and internal evaluation. The assessment consists of administrators, teachers,
students, parents, schools, teachers associations EIS network of community representatives who provide
budget support. It could be Experts or supervisors including foreigners.
2. The evaluation model of teaching in English for educational integration. It is a chart with the sevencorresponding components: 1. The assessment is the evaluation of the learning and teaching of English to
study the process of fitting in a community. 2. The purpose of the evaluation For information on the quality
of teaching in English for educational integration. 3. These standards are aimed at assessing management
instruction, 26 indicates the person responsible for the project’s six indicators of the quality of teachers, 25
indicators based on the availability of characteristics of people, 15 indicators on measurement and evaluation
of learners and 10 indicators. 3. The evaluation process includes the assessment and the tool used to
evaluate Time rate. 5. The assessment consists of evaluating internal and external evaluators. 6. Evaluation
Criteria established by the experts as absolute criteria. 7. The stakeholder agency involved in teaching in
English for educational integration is user information.
3. Evaluation of the learning and teaching of English to study integrated: The school has made progress
in learning of English by using the integration process. This is seen from the results of the evaluation of the
second assessment which is higher than that of the first assessment when considering the development of
the school. The development of teaching and learning were at a high level of 63.85percent. This show the
researchers have developed a model that meets the actual assessment.
4. Assessment model to evaluate teaching in English for educational integration. It benefits achievements,
appropriateness and accuracy. To conclude, the mean is 4.51 and standard deviation of 0.54.
