บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะด้านการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ในชั้นเรียนของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ โดยการสังเคราะห์เอกสารและงานวิจัยและสัมภาษณ์ครูวิทยาศาสตร์ที่มีสมรรถนะด้านการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ในชั้นเรียนสูง กลาง และต่ำ จำนวน 3 คน จากนั้นดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับครูวิทยาศาสตร์ จำนวน 440 ชุด ผลการวิจัยพบว่ารูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะด้านการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ในชั้นเรียนของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะด้านการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ในชั้นเรียนของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการพัฒนา ปัจจัยด้านบุคคล วิธีการพัฒนาและปัจจัยด้านองค์กร
