Development administration is the interested topic which the developing country pay high attention in order to solve their underdevelopment problem to attain the sustainability in the modern world however, the knowledge about development administration is not in a unity conclusion, they can be considered in many field such as dimensions of the development administration, the focus of development administration. The approaches of development administration, although the knowledge in not in the accordance but they can also be used in the variety development countries and got the ultimate result. The Thai Rama IX King also promoted plenty of projects especially in Petchaburi province, the projects take accordance with the dimension the focus and the approaches of the development administration that have been presented in the world, the most important things is they all get the very good result and make the people better life and make the environment sustainable.
