A Study Guidelines for Developing Complex Problem-Solving Skills of School Administrators Non-Formal Education and Independent Education Center, Kalasin Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the ability to use complex problem-solving skills of school administrators; Under the Center for Non-Formal and Informal Education, Kalasin Province, and 2) to study guidelines for developing complex problem-solving skills of educational institution administrators. Affiliated with the Center for Non-Formal and Informal Education, Kalasin Province. The sample group used in the research was 184 school administrators and teachers, obtained by stratified random sampling. and 9 experts, obtained through a purposive selection of research instruments, consisting of a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a discriminatory power between 0.55 - 0.97, a confidence value of 0.97, and a semi-structured research interview form. Statistics used in data analysis include percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The results of the research found that 1) complex problem-solving skills of school administrators Affiliated with the Center for Non-Formal and Informal Education, Kalasin Province. Overall it is at a high level. 2) Guidelines for developing complex problem-solving skills of school administrators. Under the Center for Non-Formal and Informal Education, Kalasin Province, it was found that 2.1) Human problem solving consisted of giving work by taking into account the knowledge and abilities of each person. Special abilities of each 2.2) Expertise consists of preparation for changes in each situation. Always train and develop yourself. 2.3) Decision-making strategy consists of all subordinates participating in offering opinions. 2.4) Information reduction consists of reporting work operations via an online system. To reduce costs and facilitate communication 2.5) Intellect consists of continuous self-development. Have a systematic mindset and find your strengths and weaknesses.
