การถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นงานหัตถกรรมพื้นบ้าน : กรณีเครื่องจักสานไม้ไผ่ ลายขิดบ้านหนองห้าง ตำบลหนองห้าง อำเภอกุฉินารายณ์ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ The Transmission of Local Wisdom on Handicraft: A Case Study of Bamboo Wickerwork Woven Lai Kit Designs in Ban Nongh

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ ประการแรก เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นงานหัตถกรรมพื้นบ้านเครื่องจักสาน
ไม้ไผ่ลายขิดบ้านหนองห้าง ตำบลหนองห้าง อำเภอกุฉินารายณ์ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ และประการที่สอง เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการอนุรักษ์
ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นงานหัตถกรรมพื้นบ้านเครื่องจักสานไม้ไผ่ลายขิด พื้นที่การวิจัย บ้านหนองห้าง ตำบลหนองห้าง อำเภอกุฉินารายณ์
จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ กลุ่มเป้าหมายประกอบด้วยกลุ่มผู้ถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นงานหัตถกรรมพื้นบ้านเครื่องจักสานไม้ไผ่ลายขิด 2 คน
ผู้รับการถ่ายทอด 6 คน และ ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง 13 คน รวม 21 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสังเกต การสนทนา
กลุ่ม นำเสนอผลการศึกษาแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห์และนำเสนอเป็นตาราง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. วิธีการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นงานหัตถกรรมพื้นบ้านเครื่องจักสานไม้ไผ่ลายขิด บ้านหนองห้าง ตำบลหนองห้าง อำเภอ
กุฉินารายณ์ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ถ่ายทอดโดยการอาศัยบุคคลเป็นแหล่งความรู้ในการสาธิตและฝึกอบรมระยะสั้น ซึ่งโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา
ถือเป็นแหล่งถ่ายทอดที่สำคัญ ในการถ่ายทอดใช้การเรียนรู้แบบมุขปาฐะ คือ การเรียนรู้จากบรรพบุรุษถ่ายทอดกันมาอย่างต่อเนื่องและ
แหล่งความรู้ที่สำคัญ คือ ครอบครัว ตั้งแต่พ่อสอนลูก แม่สอนลูก พี่สอนน้อง น้าสอนหลาน ใช้วิธีสอนด้วยการปฏิบัติจริง อธิบายวิธี
การทำด้วยการบอกเล่า หรือบางครั้งคนในหมู่บ้านก็รวมกลุ่มกันเพื่อทำเครื่องจักสานไม่เข้าใจ ปฏิบัติไม่ได้ ก็สอบถามกันได้ การสอน
ไม่มีการปิดบังความรู้
2. แนวทางการอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นงานหัตถกรรมพื้นบ้านเครื่องจักสานไม้ไผ่ลายขิด พบว่า ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากหน่วย
งานราชการระดับจังหวัด ระดับท้องถิ่น องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และสหกรณ์เครดิตยูเนียนหนองห้างจำกัด ในด้านการผลิตและ
การอนุรักษ์ผลิตภัณฑ์ไม้ไผ่ ที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ของท้องถิ่น และมีการพัฒนาวัตถุดิบ โดยส่งเสริมให้ชาวบ้านปลูกไม้ไผ่ และหวายซึ่งเป็น
วัตถุดิบที่สำคัญในการจักสาน โดยเฉพาะโรงเรียนมีการจัดทำหลักสูตรท้องถิ่นให้ความรู้แก่นักเรียนและคนในชุมชน เกี่ยวกับการจักสาน
เบื้องต้นและการจักสานไม้ไผ่ลายขิต และส่งเสริมการทำผลิตภัณฑ์ให้มีคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน เพื่อให้ได้รับการรับรองคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ให้เป็นสินค้าโอท็อป (OTOP)

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the transmission of local wisdom on the bamboo
wickerwork woven lai kit designs in Ban-Nonghang, Nonghang Sub-district, Kuchinarai District in Kalasin
Province and 2) to study the approach to conserving the local wisdom on bamboo wickerwork woven lai kit
designs in Ban Nonghang, Nonghang Sub-District, Kuchinarai District in Kalasin Province. The target group
of this research were 21 participants including 2 experts in local bamboo wickerwork with lai kit designs, 6
wickerwork learners and 13 related persons involving in the transmitting process. The data collection were
conducted by using interview, observation, focus group discussion and data analysis were conducted by
using descriptive analysis and presented as a table.
The findings were as follows:
1. The method and technique used for transmitting local wisdom on the bamboo wickerwork woven lai
kit designs in Ban-Nonghang, Nonghang Sub-district, Kuchinarai District in Kalasin Province were intensive
training and workshop held in the local primary school. Besides training and workshop in school, bamboo
wickerwork wisdom was also transmitted in a family through parents to children, and older persons to the
young generations. Teaching and learning were conducted through authentic practice in which experts
demonstrated and explained the weaving procedures openly.
2. Conservation of local wisdom on bamboo wickerwork with lai kit designs was supported by official
organizations from the province, local administration, and Nonghang Credit Union Cooperative limited. Regarding
to production and conservation of bamboo products which were the local identity, people were encouraged to
plant bamboo and rattan which were the key raw material for bamboo wickerwork. In addition, the school provided
the curriculum for students and people in the surrounding communities to learn how to produce bamboo wickerwork
with Lai kit designs of which the standards were approved as a One Tambon One Product (OTOP)
