ความต้องการของผู้ปกครองด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียนตามมาตรฐานการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โรงเรียนภัทรดล อำเภอโพธิ์ชัย จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด Needs of Parents for the Quality of Students Based on the Basic Education Standards, Phatharadon School, Phochai District, Roi-et Province

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ประการแรกเพื่อศึกษาความต้องการของผู้ปกครองด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียนตามมาตรฐาน
การศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ โรงเรียนภัทรดล อำเภอโพธิ์ชัย จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ประการที่สองเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความ
ต้องการของผู้ปกครองด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียนตามมาตรฐานการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ และประการที่สามเพื่อ
ศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงคุณภาพผู้เรียนในทัศนะของผู้ปกครอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 185 คน
ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความต้องการ
ของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อคุณภาพของนักเรียน เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .95
สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติสำหรับทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ ค่าทดสอบ
สถิติที (t-test) และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว F-test (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ความต้องการของผู้ปกครองด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียนตามมาตรฐานการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายมาตรฐาน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 8 มาตรฐาน เรียงลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุด 3 มาตรฐานแรก ได้แก่
มาตรฐานที่ 1 ผู้เรียนมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และค่านิยมที่พึงประสงค์ มาตรฐานที่ 7 ผู้เรียนมีสุขนิสัย สุขภาพกาย และสุขภาพจิต
ที่ดี และมาตรฐานที่ 3 ผู้เรียนมีทักษะในการทำงาน รักการทำงาน สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ ส่วนมาตรฐานที่มีคะแนน
เฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ มาตรฐานที่ 8 ผู้เรียนมีสุนทรียภาพและลักษณะนิสัยด้านศิลปะ ดนตรี และกีฬา
2. ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพต่างกันมีความต้องการด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียนตามมาตรฐานการศึกษา
ขั้นพื้นฐานทั้งในภาพรวมและรายมาตรฐานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

3. ข้อแสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงคุณภาพผู้เรียนในทัศนะของผู้ปกครอง 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ 1) ส่งเสริมและปลูกจิตสำนึก
ในเรื่องคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ในทุกๆ ด้าน ควบคู่กับความรู้ 2) โรงเรียนควรมีการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้มีความทันสมัยโดย
การนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในการเรียนการสอน 3) ควรเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ปกครองและครอบครัวได้มีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนการเรียน
ของผู้เรียน

The objectives of this research were 1) to survey the needs of parents for the students’ quality
based on the Basic Education Standards, Ministry of Education Phatharadon School, Phochai District,
Roi-et Province, 2) to compare the needs of parents, and 3) to find the suggestions for the development
of students’ quality. The sample subjects were one hundred eighty five parents of the students
in Phatraradon school. They were selected by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was
a rating scale questionnaire with .95 reliability value. The statistics used were percentage, mean,
standard deviation; t-test and F-test (one-way analysis of variance). The research results revealed that:
1. The average level of the parent’s needs for the students’ quality was high. All eight basic
educational standards were high. The 3 highest-level standards were Standard 1: virtues, ethics and
values; Standard 7: good behavior, expected physical health and mental health; Standard 3: working
skills and social skills. Whereas, the lowest level standard was Standard 8: skills of aesthetics, arts,
music and sports.
2. The average level of the needs of the parents regarding educational background and
occupation was significantly different at the .01 level.
3. In regard to the suggestions, it is concluded that the principles of virtues, ethics and values should
be taught to students. The modern technology should be used for instructional purposes. The parents
should be provided an opportunity to participate in planning for instruction.
