การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ประการแรกเพื่อพัฒนามัลติมีเดียบนเครือข่ายตามแนวคอนสตรัคติวิสต์ เรื่อง แนวคิดใน
การพัฒนาตน ในรายวิชาพฤติกรรมมนุษย์กับการพัฒนาตนให้มีคุณภาพ ประการที่สองเพื่อเปรียบเทียบ ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน
ระหว่าง ก่อนเรียนกับหลังเรียนด้วยมัลติมีเดียที่พัฒนาขึ้น และประการที่สามเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถคิดวิเคราะห์ของ
ผู้เรียนที่ได้รับการเรียนรู้ด้วยมัลติมีเดีย และเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยมัลติมีเดียกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกาฬสินธุ์ ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนวิชาพฤติกรรมมนุษย์กับการ
พัฒนาตน ในภาคเรียนที่ 2/2552 ซึ่งได้มาจากวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ด้วยการจับฉลาก โดยใช้กลุ่มหมู่เรียนเป็นหน่วยในการสุ่มจำนวน 1 หมู่เรียน นักศึกษา 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ มัลติมีเดียบนเครือข่ายตามแนวคอนสตรัคติวิสต์
แบบประเมินคุณภาพของมัลติมีเดีย แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน จำนวน 30 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ0.96 แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถคิดวิเคราะห์ของผู้เรียน จำนวน 10 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.87 และแบบ
วัดความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียน จำนวน 22 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.76 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความแปรปรวน และการทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ค่า t-test (Dependent samples) ผลการวิจัย
พบว่ามัลติมีเดียบนเครือข่าย ตามแนวคอนสตรัคติวิสต์ เรื่อง แนวคิดในการพัฒนาตน ในรายวิชาพฤติกรรมมนุษย์กับการพัฒนาตน มีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับเหมาะสมมาก ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียนที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยมัลติมีเดีย

หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ความสามารถคิดวิเคราะห์ของผู้เรียนที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้
ด้วยมัลติมีเดีย หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อมัลติมีเดียที่พัฒนาขึ้น อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

The purposes of this research were to develop a multimedia web-based learning program based
on the Constructivism concept on the topic of “Self Development in Human Behavior and Self
Development”, to compare the achievement and the critical thinking skill of the students before and after
using the multimedia web-based learning program, and to survey the satisfaction of the students with
their the multimedia web-based learning program. The ample subjects were twenty students at
Rajabhat Kalasin University who studied “Self Development in Human Behavior and Self Development”
in 2/2009. They were selected by simple random sampling. The research instruments were the
multimedia web-based learning program, an efficiency assessment, an achievement test with 0.96
reliability value, a critical thinking test with 0.87 reliability value, and a questionnaire with 0.76 reliability
value. The statistics used were arithmetic mean, standard deviation, variance, and t-test (Dependent
Samples)
The research findings showed that the quality value of the multimedia web-based learning
program was high. The average post-test score of the students learning through the multimedia
web-based learning program was significantly higher than that of the pre-test score at the .01 level.
The average post-test score of the critical thinking skill of the students’ was significantly higher than
that of the pre-test score at the .01 level. Regarding the satisfaction, the finding revealed that the
average level of the satisfaction with the multimedia web-based learning program was very high.
