บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนช่วงชั้นที่ 3 โรงเรียนพระกุมารร้อยเอ็ดสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 1 ด้วยกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ กลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร
1 คน ครูผู้สอนระดับช่วงชั้นที่ 3 25 คน และผู้ปกครองนักเรียน 7 คน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร 1 คน ครูผู้สอนระดับช่วงชั้นที่ 3 25 คน ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน 7 คน และกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 10 คน กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ นักเรียนช่วง
ชั้นที่ 3 ของโรงเรียนพระกุมารร้อยเอ็ด ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2551 179 คน ได้ศึกษาคุณธรรมจริยธรรม 5 ได้แก่ ความมีระเบียบวินัย ความเอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ ความประหยัด ความซื่อสัตย์และความรับผิดชอบ กลยุทธ์ที่ใช้ในการเสริมสร้างคุณธรรม
จริยธรรม ประกอบด้วย การสำรวจสภาพปัจจุบันปัญหา การวางแผนการดำเนินงาน การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมภายในโรงเรียนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน การจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมจริยธรรมและการนิเทศติดตามผล เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการ

สภาพปัจจุบันปัญหาเกี่ยวกับคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนช่วงชั้นที่ 3 โรงเรียนพระกุมารร้อยเอ็ด มีนักเรียนจำนวนหนึ่งสมควรได้รับการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาให้อยู่ในระดับที่ดีขึ้น โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งด้านความมีระเบียบวินัย ด้านความเอื้อเฟื้อ
เผื่อแผ่ ด้านความประหยัด ด้านความซื่อสัตย์ และด้านความรับผิดชอบ ผู้วิจัยและกลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัยได้ดำเนินการเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมจริยธรรมนักเรียนในด้านต่างๆ ด้วยการวางแผนดำเนินการ การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมภายในโรงเรียน การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียน
การสอน การจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และการนิเทศติดตามผล ส่งผลให้การดำเนินงาน ผลการพัฒนาประสบผลสำเร็จเป็นที่น่าพอใจ โดยนักเรียนมีพฤติกรรมด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมอยู่ในระดับที่ดีขึ้น

The objective of this research was to enhance morality and ethics in class range 3 students ofthe Holy Infant Jesus Roi-et School, Roi-et Educational Service Area Office 1 by using action research.
The study was conducted using co-researchers: 1 administrator, 25 teachers who had been taughtrange 3, and 7 parents. The informant group was: 1 administrator, 25 teachers who had been taughtrange 3, 7 parents, and 10 boards of committee. The target group of this research was 179 studentswho were studying in class range 3 during the second semester of the 2008 academic year at the HolyInfant Jesus Roi-et School. The variables were 5 aspects of morality and ethics: discipline, generosity,
economy, honesty, and responsibility. The strategy for the enhancement of morality and ethicsconsisted of a survey of current condition problems, work performance planning, school environmentalmanagement, learning and teaching activities, moral and ethical enhancement activities withsupervision and follow-ups. The instruments used in the research were a survey form, teaching plans,behavioral observation form, interview form and record form. The analysis of quantitative data employed
the mean and standard deviation while the qualitative data employed content analysis.The results of the research were as follows:The current condition problems of some students in class range 3 of the Holy Infant JesusRoi-et School should be improved and developed at a better level particularly discipline, generosity,
economy, honesty, and responsibility. The researcher and co-researchers carried out activities toenhance morality and ethics by planning for operation, school environmental management, learning andteaching activities, morality and ethical enhancement activities, and supervising and follow-ups. All of
the activities were satisfactory. The morality and ethical behavior of students was improved at a good
level.
