บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ประการแรกเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ค่านิยมที่ดีงามสำหรับกลุ่มตัวอย่างเยาวชน จังหวัดมหาสารคาม ประการที่สองเพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้าง
คุณธรรม จริยธรรม ค่านิยมที่ดีงาม สำหรับเยาวชนจังหวัดมหาสารคาม และประการที่สามเพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในการเสริมสร้างคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ค่านิยมที่ดีงาม สำหรับเยาวชน จังหวัดมหาสารคาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้
ได้แก่ผู้ที่เข้าร่วมโครงการเครือข่ายเยาวชนจังหวัดมหาสารคาม ประกอบด้วย ครู อาจารย์ฝ่ายแนะแนว ครู อาจารย์ผู้ปฏิบัติการสอน กลุ่มสาระสังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม และนักเรียนนักศึกษาในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ
และปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 1 จากสถานศึกษา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดมหาสารคาม จำนวน 97 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง(Purposive sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วยคู่มือการเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการคุณธรรม จริยธรรม
และค่านิยมที่ดี แบบวัดความพึงพอใจแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างแบบประเมินตนเอง แบบบันทึกการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมและแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินกิจกรรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ
ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test (Dependent sample) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. รูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรม เสริมสร้างคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ค่านิยมที่ดีงาม สำหรับเยาวชนจังหวัดมหาสารคาม ที่พัฒนาประกอบด้วย 3 ลำดับขั้นได้แก่ ขั้นที่ 1 เป็นขั้นวิเคราะห์วางแผนและกำหนดวิธีพัฒนาโดยการสร้างความตระหนัก ความเข้าใจ
และขอความร่วมมือ การประชุมชี้แจงวัตถุประสงค์ เป้าหมายการเสริมสร้างคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ค่านิยมที่ดีงาม และศึกษาบริบทสภาพการพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ค่านิยมที่ดีงาม ก่อนการพัฒนารูปแบบ ลำดับขั้นที่ 2 คือ ขั้นจัดทำแผนการปฏิบัติการ
การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ ตั้งกรรมการ เข้าค่ายและการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้แบ่งได้ 4 แบบคือ แบบสอดแทรก แบบคู่ขนาน แบบสหวิทยาการและแบบข้ามวิชาหรือสอนเป็นคณะ และลำดับขั้นที่ 3 คือ
ขั้นปฏิบัติการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการสร้างคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ค่านิยมที่ดีงาม และการสร้างเครือข่ายคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ค่านิยมที่ดีงาม
2. ประสิทธิภาพของรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ค่านิยมที่ดีงาม สำหรับเยาวชนจังหวัดมหาสารคาม ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีค่ามากกว่าร้อยละ 80
3. การพัฒนาเครือข่ายคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ค่านิยมที่ดีงาม จังหวัดมหาสารคาม ดำเนินการนำร่องที่โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม โดยมีการสร้างความเข้าใจ ความตระหนักคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ค่านิยมที่ดีงามกับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย หลังจากนั้นได้ขยายผลไปยังสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดมหาสารคาม 7 แห่ง

The purposes of this study were to develop a moral, ethics and value-based activity model topromote morals, ethics and values for youth in Maha Sarakham Province; to examine the efficiency of amoral, ethics and value-based activity model to promote morals, ethics and values for youth in MahaSarakham Province; and to create sustainable network on a moral, ethics and value-based activitymodel to promote morals, ethics and values for youth in Maha Sarakham Province. The researchsubjects were 97 participants in the Youth Network Program: teachers of Guidance, Social Studies, andReligions and Culture; secondary and vocational school students and university students in Muang
District, Maha Sarakham, selected through the purposive sampling technique. The research instrumentsfor data collection were an instructional handbook on morals, ethics and values based on integratedteaching approach, a scale of satisfaction, a structured interview form, a self-evaluate form, a check-list
of activity participation, an observation form, and a questionnaire on an activity operation/performance.The statistics used for analyzing the data were percentage, mean, deviation standard and t-test(dependent).The research results were as follows:
The development of morals, ethics and value-based activity model for the Youth in MahaSarakham consisted of 3 stages. Stage 1 was analyzing, planning and determining a method of
development through building up awareness, understanding and cooperation as well as organizing a meeting to clarify the objectives and targets of the activity, and studying other related contexts ofdeveloping a model. Stage 2 was operating the plan, holding a workshop, electing the board of committees, camping and teaching using four types of integrated approaches: intervention, parallel, multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary methods. Finally, stage 3 was arranging a workshop to promote
morals, ethics and values as well as creating a network.
The efficiency of the developed moral, ethics and value-based activity model was higher than 80%.
The development of the network on morals, ethics and values network was initially conductedat Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University’s Demonstration School as a pilot project to strengthen anawareness and understanding of morals, ethics and values for the high school students. Subsequently,the model was further expanded to cover seven educational institutions across Maha SarakhamProvince.
