บทคัดย่อ

การวิเคราะห์วรรณกรรมอีสานเรื่องคดีโลกคดีธรรมนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ศิลปะการประพันธ์ และคุณธรรมจริยธรรมที่ปรากฏ โดยการวิจัยเอกสาร คือ วรรณกรรมอีสานเรื่อง คดีโลกคดีธรรมและภาคสนามโดย การสัมภาษณ์ปราชญ์
พื้นบ้านและนักวิชาการด้านวัฒนธรรมอีสาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าวรรณกรรมอีสานเรื่องคดีโลกคดีธรรมมีเค้าโครงมาจาก พระสุตตันตปิฎกในพุทธศาสนา มีฉันทลักษณ์แบบร้อยแก้วเทศนาเป็นจุณณียบท ด้วยการยกภาษาบาลีขึ้นมาแล้วอธิบายเป็นตอนๆ แสดงสำเนียงและน้ำเสียงภาษาที่ศักดิ์สิทธ์ ประกอบกับ
คำอธิบายเป็นภาษาถิ่นแสดงศิลปะการประพันธ์ มีความสมบูรณ์ด้วยวาทศิลป์ ทำให้ผู้อ่าน ผู้เทศน์และผู้ฟังเกิดความศรัทธาตามเนื้อหา การวิเคราะห์คุณธรรม จริยธรรม พบว่า มีทั้งคุณธรรมจริยธรรมตามหลักธรรมคำสอนในพระพุทธศาสนาซึ่งมาจาก
หลักปัญจนิกายในพระไตรปิฎก ได้แก่ ทีฆนิกาย มัชฌิมนิกาย สังยุตตนิกาย อังคุตตรนิกาย และขุททกนิกาย ส่วนคุณธรรมจริยธรรมตามฮีตคองอีสาน คือ คองสิบสี่ อันเป็นบรรทัดฐานในการประพฤติปฏิบัติตนตลอดจนการดำเนินชีวิตของชาวอีสาน
ซึ่งจำแนกเป็น 2 ประเด็น คือ คุณธรรมจริยธรรมสำหรับบุคคลทั่วไป และคุณธรรมจริยธรรมสำหรับชนชั้นปกครอง คุณธรรมจริยธรรมเหล่านี้เปรียบเสมือนเครื่องมือที่คอยแนะแนวทางใน การดำเนินชีวิตทั้งทางโลกและทางธรรม อันทำให้ประชาชนชาวอีสานมีบทบาทหน้าที่ที่ชัดเจนต่อสังคมอีสานจนได้รับสมัญญานามว่าเป็นดินแดนแห่งคนดี

The thesis an analysis of Isaan Literary Entitled Khadi Lok Khadi Dharma aimed to analysis the rhetoric, morals and ethics appeared in the literary. The documentary research was conducted on the
literary entitled Khadi Lok Khadi Dharma. The field research was conducted by interviewing local
philosophers and Isaan cultural specialists. The research period was from January 2008 to February 2009.
The data was analyzed in the way of descriptive analysis.
The result revealed that the Isaan literary Khadi Lok Khadi Dharma is based on Sutta Pitaka in
Buddhism. The prosody of the literary is preaching prose, showing the Pali and explaining each episode
with the holy accent and tone, and dialect explanation. It is full of rhetoric persuading readers, preachers,
and listeners to have faith.According to the morals and ethics analysis, it was found that there are both morals and ethics
based on the doctrine of Buddhism from the five Nikaya in the Tripitaka which were Digha Nikaya,Majjhima Nikaya, Sangyutta Nikaya, Anguttara Nikaya, and Khuddaka Nikaya. The Isaan morals andethics is Khong Sib Si which has been the Isaan people’s behavior and life style criteria. It is divided into 2
issues, morals and ethics for general people and morals and ethics for ruling classes. These morals andethics have served as guidelines of living both in secular life and religious life. They have encouraged Isaanpeople to make good merit to Isaan society. As a result, Isaan has been known as the land of good people.
