การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลนาภู อำเภอยางสีสุราช จังหวัดมหาสารคาม The Political Participation of People in Napoo Sub-district Administrative Organization, Yangsrisurad District, Maha Sarakham Province

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ประการแรกเพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วม ประการที่สองเพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมและประการที่สามเพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลนาภู อำเภอ
ยางสีสุราช จังหวัดมหาสารคาม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลนาภู อำเภอยางสีสุราชจังหวัดมหาสารคาม จำนวน 369 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น
ทั้งฉบับ .94 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแสดงเป็นค่าการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบ
สมมติฐาน ด้วย t – test (Independent sample) และ F-test วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (one – way ANOVA) และ
ความแตกต่างค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ประชาชนในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลนาภู อำเภอยางสีสุราช จังหวัดมหาสารคาม มีส่วนร่วมทาง การเมืองโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลนาภู อำเภอยางสีสุราช จังหวัดมหาสารคาม จำแนกตาม อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The objective of this study was to analyze and compare the participatory level, and also to find
the suggestions for the political participation of the people in Napoo sub-district administrative
organization, Yangsrisurad district, Maha Sarakham province. The sample subjects were 369 villagers who
were in Napoo sub-district administrative organization, Yangsrisurad district, Maha Sarakham province.
The data were collected by a rating-scale questionnaire with .94 reliability value. The research statistics
used were mode, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test (Independent Sample) and F-test (One-
Way ANOVA) and Scheffe method.
The finding indicated that the average level of the political participation of the people in Napoo
sub-district administrative organization, Yangsrisurad district, Maha Sarakham province was high. The
average level of the political participation of the people regarding age, educational background and
occupation was significantly different at the .05 level.
