บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับการปฏิบัติงานนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัด
สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2549 การสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .90 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล แสดงเป็นค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย
ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วย t-test (Independent samples)ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. การปฏิบัติงานนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 พบว่าโดยรวมและรายด้านมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. การเปรียบเทียบระดับการปฏิบัติงานนิเทศภายในตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 พบว่า ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านมีระดับ
การปฏิบัติงานตามกระบวนการนิเทศไม่แตกต่างกัน
3. การเปรียบเทียบระดับการปฏิบัติงานนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 ระหว่างสถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกันมีระดับการปฏิบัติงานงานนิเทศภายในทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน
แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
4. ข้อเสนอแนะ 3 อันดับแรก ควรให้ผู้รับผิดชอบตั้งคณะทำงานเพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันปัญหาและ ความต้องการเกี่ยวกับการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา ต้องนำผลการประเมินจากการนิเทศภายในไปใช้ประโยชน์ และให้ครูทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานนิเทศภายใน

This research aimed to study and compare the levels of operation of the internal supervision in the educational institutions under Maha Sarakham Office of Educational Service Area 2. The sample,
obtained through stratified random sampling, included administrators and teachers in the schools under
Maha Sarakham Office of Educational Service Area 2 in the academic year 2006. The instrument was a 5-
level rating scale questionnaire with total reliability value of .90. The statistics used comprised percentage,
mean, standard deviation, and t-test (independent samples) for hypothesis testing.The findings are as follows:
1. The operation of the internal supervision by the educational institutions under MahaSarakham Office of Educational Service Area 2, as a whole and by aspect, was in the high level.
2. In the comparison of the levels of operation of the internal supervision according to theopinions of the administrators and teachers under Maha Sarakham Office of Educational Service Area 2, itwas found that the administrators and teachers had no difference in the operation according to the
supervision process, as a whole and by aspect.
3. In the comparison of the levels of operation of the internal supervision in basic educationalinstitutions of different sizes under Maha Sarakham Office of Educational Service Area 2, it was found thatthere was a difference with statistical significance at the level of .05 in the internal supervision operation,as a whole and by aspect.
4. The top 3 suggestions are listed as follows: the responsible authority should set up acommittee to study the state, the problems, and the needs concerning the internal supervision; the
educational institution must make use of the results of the evaluation of the internal supervision; and every
teacher should have an opportunity to take part in the operation of the internal supervision.Keywords : The Operation of the
