การเสริมสร้างวินัยนักเรียนด้านความรับผิดชอบ สำหรับนักเรียนช่วงชั้นที่ 3 กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนบ้านกอกวิทยาคม อำเภอสมเด็จ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ The Enhancement of Discipline on the Aspect of Responsibility for Students in Grade 7th-9 th: A Case Study of Bankork Wita

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการปฏิบัติตามวินัยและการเสริมสร้างวินัยนักเรียน เป็นการวิจัยปฏิบัติการ ประกอบด้วย การวางแผน การปฏิบัติตามแผน การสังเกต และการสะท้อนผล ผู้ร่วมวิจัยมี 7 คน เป็นข้าราชการครูที่ทำหน้าที่ครูที่ปรึกษา ครูแนะแนว และสอนนักเรียนช่วงชั้นที่ 3 ผู้ให้ข้อมูล มีจำนวน 46 คน ประกอบด้วย นักเรียน 20 คนผู้ปกครอง 20 คน ครู 2 คน และผู้นำหมู่บ้าน 4 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึก การประชุมแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบประเมิน และแบบบันทึกการเสนอชื่อนักเรียนตัวอย่าง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแสดงเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
และการตรวจสอบข้อมูลสามเส้า ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ก่อนการเสริมสร้างวินัยนักเรียน ด้านความรับผิดชอบ พบนักเรียนมีปัญหา ดังนี้ การแต่งกาย นักเรียนไว้ผมยาวเกินระเบียบที่โรงเรียนกำหนด ปล่อยเสื้อลอยชายออกนอกกางเกง ใช้เครื่องประดับตกแต่งร่างกายเกินความจำเป็น ขีดเขียนหรือวาดภาพบนเสื้อผ้าและร่างกาย ไม่สวมรองเท้า ถุงเท้าเข็มขัดถูกต้องตามระเบียบของโรงเรียน การตรงต่อเวลา นักเรียนมาโรงเรียนไม่ทันเข้าแถวเคารพธงชาติ เข้าชั้นเรียนและเรียนไม่เต็มเวลาทุกชั่วโมง ไม่เข้าแถวหน้าชั้นเรียนก่อนเข้าเรียนภาคบ่ายรับประทานอาหารก่อนเวลาพักกลางวันไม่เข้าแถวหลังเลิกเรียน การทำงานที่มอบหมาย นักเรียนส่วนหนึ่งส่งการบ้านไม่ทันตาม
เวลาที่ครูกำหนด ไม่ปฏิบัติงานพิเศษที่ได้รับมอบหมาย จะส่งงานก็ต่อเมื่อครูจะลงโทษ การรักษาความสะอาดห้องเรียนและบริเวณโรงเรียน นักเรียนส่วนหนึ่งไม่ตั้งใจปฏิบัติงานในเขตรักษาความสะอาดที่กำหนดให้ไม่เอาใจใส่ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่เวรรักษา
ความสะอาดห้องเรียนห้องพิเศษ ห้องน้ำห้องส้วม การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของทางโรงเรียน นักเรียนบางส่วนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมวันสำคัญทางศาสนา กิจกรรมลูกเสือ กิจกรรมกีฬา กิจกรรมวันสำคัญของชาติมีผู้เข้าร่วม ไม่ครบตามเกณฑ์ที่โรงเรียนกำหนด

2. หลังการเสริมสร้างวินัยด้านความรับผิดชอบ นักเรียนมีความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเองมากขึ้น โดยนักเรียนได้รับการพัฒนาด้านวินัยเพิ่มมากขึ้น ด้านการแต่งกายและการตรงต่อเวลานักเรียนทุกคนแต่งกายถูกต้องตามระเบียบของโรงเรียนนักเรียนเดินทางถึงโรงเรียนตอนเช้าทันเข้าแถวเคารพธงชาติและเข้าห้องเรียนตามกำหนด การทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายนักเรียนตั้งใจทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ด้วยความเต็มใจ ผลงานเสร็จสมบูรณ์ ความรับผิดชอบต่อส่วนรวม นักเรียนเอาใจใส่รับผิดชอบในการรักษาความสะอาดห้องเรียนและบริเวณโรงเรียนเป็นอย่างดี นักเรียนกลุ่มเป้าหมายเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมครบตามเกณฑ์ที่
โรงเรียนกำหนด มีความมุ่งมั่นในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของทางโรงเรียนอย่างดี

This research aimed to study the state of discipline problems and to enhance student discipline.The research action consisted of planning, action, observation and reflection. The target group consisted of 7 co-researchers who had been advisors and counselors: all of them taught 7-9 grade students. The 46
participants consisted of 20 students, 20 parents or guardians, 2 teachers and 4 village leaders. The instruments used in the study were minutes, interview forms, evaluation forms, and a form of nomination for exemplary students. Mean, percentage, standard deviation and triangulation technique investigation
were used to analyzed the data.
The results were as follows:
1. Before the enhancement of student discipline in the respect of responsibility, there are many
problems. Firstly, appearance: students wore longer hair than the school regulation permitted, they did not
tuck in their shirts; they wore jewelry which was prohibited by school regulation, they wrote on their shirts
and body and they did not wear proper shoes, socks or belts. Secondly, punctuality: the students came late
for the morning national anthem assembly, they were also late for class, they did not line up for the
afternoon classes, they had lunch before luncheon, and they did not line up after school as the school
regulation. Thirdly, assignments: students did not submit their homework on the due date, they were not
interested in the extra work that they were assigned; they submitted their assignment only when the
teacher threatened with punishment. Fourthly, cleanliness of the classroom and the compounds, students
did not clean up the classroom, the toilets including the areas they were assigned. Finally, participating in
the school activities: students did not participate the school activities such as religion, scouts, sports, and
important national activities.
2. After the enhancement of student discipline in the respect of responsibility, they were more
self-discipline. For appearance and punctuality, they had dressed up and attended classes on time. In
respect of assignments, they submitted their completed assignments on the due date. In respect of
cleanliness of the classroom and the compounds, they had been responsible for cleaning up the classroom
and the compounds. They also participated the school activities.
