บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ประการแรกเพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีการดำเนินงาน ประการที่สองเพื่อเปรียบเทียบและ
หาปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้าราชการครูผู้ที่มีสถานภาพ และครูผู้ที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในสถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดต่างกันต่อการดำเนินงานสร้าง
ความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน และประการที่สามเพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะ สำหรับการดำเนินงานด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 163 คน และครูผู้สอน 345 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือ
ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแสดงเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน มีการดำเนินงานด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่ยู่ในระดับมาก 4
อันดับ คือ การได้รับความสนับสนุนจากชุมชน การมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาชุมชน การให้บริการชุมชน และ การเผยแพร่
เกียรติประวัติของโรงเรียน
2. ครูผู้สอน มีการดำเนินงานด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่อยู่ในระดับมาก
4 อันดับ คือ การได้รับความสนับสนุนจากชุมชน การเผยแพร่เกียรติประวัติของโรงเรียน การให้บริการชุมชน และการมีส่วนร่วม
ในการพัฒนาชุมชน
3. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับครูผู้สอน มีปฏิสัมพันธ์ในการดำเนินงานด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนโดยรวมทุกด้าน
แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05
4. ข้าราชการครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในสถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดต่างกัน มีปฏิสัมพันธ์ในการดำเนินงานด้านการสร้างความ
สัมพันธ์กับชุมชนโดยรวมทุกด้านแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05

The objectives of this study were to find the operational level, to compare and determine the
participation of the teachers on building the relationship with community regarding professional status
and different size of schools and also to find the suggestions for building the relationship with community.
The sample subjects consisted of 163 school administrators and 345 teachers, they selected by simple
random sampling technique. The data were collected by a questionnaire. The research statistics used
were mean and standard deviation.
The finding indicated that the average level of the operation on building the relationship with
community of the administrators was high. The four-high levels of the operation were community support,
participation in community development, community service and promotion of school reputation
respectively.
The average level of the operation on building the relationship with community of the teachers
was high. The four-high levels of the operation were community support, promotion of school reputation,
community service, and participation in community development respectively.
In regard to the participation, it revealed that the participation of the administrators and teachers
on building the relationship with community was significantly different at the.05 level.
In addition, the finding indicated that the participation on building the relationship with
community regarding the different sizes of schools was significantly different at the.05 level.
