บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและความต้องการในการประกันคุณภาพภายใน และพัฒนากระบวนการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนบ้านสร้างแก้ว อำเภอเชียงยืน จังหวัดมหาสารคาม ให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทและได้
มาตรฐาน เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ 2 วงรอบ ดำเนินการวิจัยตลอดปีการศึกษา 2550 ตัวแปรการวิจัย ได้แก่ ตัวบ่งชี้ตามมาตรฐานการศึกษาของชาติ 3 มาตรฐาน ได้คัดเลือกเพื่อดำเนินการพัฒนา 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ เครื่องมือการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามสภาพการปฏิบัติ และความต้องการปรับปรุงพัฒนาการประกันคุณภาพภายในตามมาตรฐานการศึกษาของชาติ และแบบประเมินการประกันคุณภาพภายในที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแสดงเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าสภาพการปฏิบัติการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนอยู่ในระดับมากทุกมาตรฐาน โดยทุกมาตรฐานมีความต้องการให้มีการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายใน อยู่ในระดับมากการพัฒนากระบวนการประกันคุณภาพภายใน 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมในการพูดที่ดี เป็นที่ พึงพอใจของครู ผู้ปกครอง และผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทุกคนสามารถปฏิบัติตนตามระบอบประชาธิปไตยได้ดี เป็นที่น่าพอใจของผู้มีส่วน
เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่าย สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนบ้านสร้างแก้วทั้งในห้องเรียนและนอกห้องเรียนมีสภาพที่เอื้ออำนวยต่อการเรียนรู้คณะครูทุกคนสามารถผลิตสื่อการเรียนการสอนได้ตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ และนำมาใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ได้ และครู
ทุกคนมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน และสามารถทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนตลอดทั้งเขียนรายงานการวิจัยได้ถูกต้องตามรูปแบบที่กำหนดการประเมินการประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียน หลังการดำเนินกิจกรรมพัฒนากระบวนการประกันคุณภาพภายใน
ทำให้โรงเรียนบ้านสร้างแก้ว มีผลการปฏิบัติสูงขึ้นกว่าเดิมทุกมาตรฐาน

The purposes of this study were to examine the current conditions and the needs of internal
quality assurance, and to develop the process of internal quality assurance at Ban Sang Kaeo School,
Chiang Yuen District, Maha Sarakham Province in order to suit the context and to meet the standard
criteria. The study was conducted by using the action research process based on the concept of Kemmis
and McTaggart in 2 spirals throughout the academic year 2007. The variables used in the study were
indicators of the 3 National Education Standards, and 5 indicators were selected for development. The
instruments were: 1) a questionnaire on performance condition and needs for improving development of
internal quality assurance based on the National Education Standards, and the internal quality assurance.
The statistics used in the study were mean and standard deviation.
The results of the study revealed that the performance conditions of internal quality assurance at
the school were at a high level in all standards. Each standard was rated at a high level. The five processes
of internal quality assurance indicated that most of the students responded genuinely and were satisfied
with the teachers, parents or guardians and whom it concerned. They could carry out well depending on
the democracy system and be satisfied with people who had been related to. The environmental
conditions of the school both in class and out of class facilitated a learning atmosphere. All of the teachers
could produce instructional media to meet the established goals and applied in learning activities. They
had adequate knowledge, understand how to conduct the classroom research and could write the research
reports correctly according to the established form.
For evaluating internal quality assurance in school after performing activities, it was revealed that
the performance outcomes had high performance in every standard.
