บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานต่อการนำ
ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาใช้ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 ; และ 2) เปรียบเทียบระดับการมีส่วนร่วม
ของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานต่อการนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาใช้ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา
กาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 ระหว่างโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานปีการศึกษา 2549 ของ
สถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 จำนวน 654 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified
random sampling) เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ 0.89
การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแสดงเป็นค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test (Independent samples) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานต่อการนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาใช้ในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากาฬสินธุ์เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่อยู่ในระดับมาก 3 อันดับแรก คือ เกษตรกรรมกองทุนธุรกิจชุมชน และโภชนาการ ตามลำดับ
2. คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของสถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกันมีส่วนร่วมในการนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาใช้ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this study were : 1) to examine levels of basic educational institution
committees’ participation in adopting local wisdom at schools under the Office of Kalasin Educational
Service Area Zone 2 as classified according to the school sizes and respondents’ status both as overall and
in each aspect; and 2) to compare levels of participation of basic educational institution committees in
adopting local wisdom to schools with different sizes under the Office of Kalasin Educational Service Area
Zone 2 both as overall and in each aspect. The sample consisted of 654 basic educational institution
committee members under the Office of Kalasin Educational service Area Zone 2 in the academic year
2006, obtained through the stratified random sampling technique. The 61-item Likert-type rating-scale
questionnaire was used for data collection, and the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.89. The statistical
methods used to analyze the data included percentage, mean, standard deviation; and t-test (independent
samples).
The results of the study were as follows:
1. Level of participation of basic educational institution committees in adopting local wisdom to
schools under the Office of Kalasin Educational Service Area Zone 2 concerning school sizes as overall was
at a high level. When each aspect was considered, the participation was found at a high level. Three out of
seven aspects of participation in this order ranging from the highest to the lowest mean scores included
agriculture, community fund and business, and nutrition, respectively.
2. No significant difference of participation of basic educational institution committees in
different school sizes in adopting local wisdom to schools under the Office of Kalasin Educational Service
Area Zone 2 as overall and in each aspect was found.
