บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของวิสาหกิจชุมชนศึกษาปัจจัยการพึ่งตนเองและปัจจัยการจัดการเทคโนโลยี
ที่มีอิทธิผลต่อประสิทธิผลของวิสาหกิจชุมชน และศึกษาแนวทางการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิผลของวิสาหกิจชุมชนกลุ่มตัวอย่างเชิงปริมาณ
เป็นวิสาหกิจชุมชนในพื้นที่จังหวัดมหาสารคาม จำนวน 335 แห่ง ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่มตามอำเภอมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นตัวแทน
วิสาหกิจชุมชน แห่งละ 3 คน ได้แก่ ประธานกลุ่มเลขานุการและตัวแทนกรรมการและจัดสนทนากับกลุ่มเป็นตัวแทนวิสาหกิจชุมชนBest

This research aimed to study the effectiveness of the Small and Micro Community Enterprise (SMCE),
the self-sufficiency and the technology management factors affectingthe effectiveness of SMCE, and the
guidelines for developing the effectiveness of SMCE. The samples were 335 SMCEs in MahaSarakham province,
selected through the cluster random sampling. The informants consisted of 3 representatives: leader, secretary
and committee of each Community Enterprise.The focus group discussion was arranged as the best practice
SMCEs. The instruments were a five rating scale questionnaire and afocus group discussion. The statistics
used for analyzing data were mean, standard deviation, Multiple Linear Regression analysis, and content
analysis.
