การศึกษาบริบท ปัญหา และความต้องการของสมาชิกเครือข่ายสื่ออีดีแอลทีวีต่อการใช้ สื่ออีดีแอลทีวีเพื่อการเรียนการสอน;A Study of the Contexts, Problems and Needs of eDLTV Network Schools in Applying eDLTV Media for Teaching and Learning

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบริบทของโรงเรียนสมาชิกเครือข่ายสื่ออีดีแอลทีวี 2) ศึกษาปัญหาของโรงเรียนในการใช้
สื่ออีดีแอลทีวีในการเรียนการสอน และ 3) ศึกษาความต้องการของครูในการใช้สื่ออีดีแอลทีวีเพื่อการเรียนการสอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครู
ผู้สอนที่เป็นสมาชิกเครือข่ายสื่ออีดีแอลทีวีของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม จำนวน 300คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม
ความเห็น ด้านบริบท ปัญหา และความต้องการประยุกต์ใช้สื่ออีดีแอลทีวีเพื่อการเรียนการสอน สถิติที่ใช้คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย
และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) การศึกษาบริบทของโรงเรียนสมาชิกเครือข่ายสื่ออีดีแอลทีวี 7 ด้าน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามความเห็นว่าด้านบริบทโรงเรียนมี
สื่ออีดีแอลทีวีในรูปแบบฮาร์ดดิสค์อย่างน้อย 1 ตัว ด้านคุณลักษณะของสื่ออีดีแอลทีวี มีความสะดวกต่อการใช้เลือกใช้ของครูผู้สอน
มีเนื้อหาสาระที่เหมาะสม สอดคล้องกับกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนด้านผู้บริหารโรงเรียน มีนโยบาย ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้ครูใช้สื่อ
อดี แี อลทีวใี นการเรียนการสอนดา้ นครผู สู้ อน สนใจใชสื้อ่ อีดแี อลทวี ใี นชัว่ โมงทีมี่การเรยี นการสอนตามหลกั สูตรที่ตนเองสอน ใชสื้อ่ ชว่ ย
สอนในเนื้อหาสาระที่ไม่ถนัดหรือไม่ชำนาญ มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการใช้สื่อและสามารถสำเนาสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์จากสื่ออีดีแอลทีวีได้
ด้วยตนเอง และได้รับคำแนะนำ ช่วยเหลือจากผู้มีประสบการณ์เมื่อมีปัญหาด้านนักเรียน สามารถเรียนรู้สื่ออีดีแอลทีวีได้ตามความ
ต้องการ ด้านหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถม สนับสนุน ส่งเสริมและติดตามการใช้สื่ออีดีแอลทีวีใน
การเรียนการสอนอย่างต่อเนื่องกลุ่มตัวอย่างเห็นด้วยกับผลการสำรวจบริบททั้ง 7 ด้าน ร้อยละ 85.67 ถึง 100.00 และไม่เห็นด้วยอยู่
ระหว่างร้อยละ 0-14.33
2) ผลการศึกษาปัญหาของโรงเรียนพบว่า โรงเรียนมีอุปกรณ์ใช้งานร่วมกับสื่ออีดีแอลทีวีที่ไม่สอดคล้องกับการใช้งานของครู
และไม่สอดคล้องกับเทคโนโลยีในปัจจุบันในระดับมากที่สุด กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เห็นด้วยกับปัญหาดังกล่าวเฉลี่ยระดับมาก
( = 4.22, SD.=0.78) และ 3) ผลการศึกษาความต้องการของครูพบว่าครูส่วนใหญ่มีความต้องการประยุกต์ใช้อีดีแอลทีวีเป็นสื่อใน
การเรียนการสอนโดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เห็นด้วยเฉลี่ยระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.70, SD.=0.53)

The objectives of this research are1) To study contexts of the school members of the eDLTV media
network, 2) To study problems of the schools in applying eDLTV media for teaching and learning and 3) To
study needs of teachers in using eDLTV media for teaching andlearning. There are 300 teacher members of
the eDLTV media network of RajabhatMahaSarakham University were used as the sample. The research tools
were: questionnaires ask for an opinion of contexts, problems and needs of using eDLTV media for teaching
and learning/. The statistics used were: frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The research results are as follow: 1) the study of the contexts of the school members of the eDLTV
media network .The result found thatthe majority of the samples had agreed with the context survey results in
7 aspects.Schoolaspect :each school should has at least one hardisk eDLTV .Properties of eDLTV aspect:there
are convenient to select media and use eDLTV, the contents is sutible for teaching and learning.Administrative
aspect:school administrators should have supporting policy for teachersin usingeDLTV.Teacheraspect:techers
are interesting in using eDLTV in teching according to the curriculum subject especially in the area subjects
which they have not enough knowledges and experiences also with techers need suggestion to be able to
copy those eDLTV media.Studentaspect:students are able to study from eDLTV. Related organization aspect:
there are Primary Educational Service Area (PESA)can continuously support and follow upschools and teacher
in using eDLTV for teching and learning.. The result showed with an opinion value of agreement wasbetween
85.67 to 100.00 percent. while the disagreement was between 0.00 to 14.33 percent and 2) the study of the
school problems in using eDLTV media for learning/ teaching found that eDLTV is not coherence with method
of using by teachers and is not update to new technology.The majority of the sampleagree with high level
opinion (mean = 4.70, SD. = 0.53).3)the study of needs of teachers , found that techers have requested in
using eDLTV as media for teaching .The majority of the samples had agree with the high opinion value (mean
= 4.70, SD.=0.53)
