Author Contribution

When preparing a manuscript, authors are required to clearly specify the contribution of each author to ensure transparency, accountability, and proper recognition of individual roles in the research and publication process. The corresponding author should provide a detailed description of each contributor’s responsibilities in the manuscript. Authors may refer to the commonly accepted CRediT (Contributor Roles Taxonomy) framework, which includes the following 14 responsibilities: Conceptualization, Methodology, Software, Validation, Formal Analysis, Investigation, Resources, Data Curation, Writing – Original Draft Preparation, Writing – Review and Editing, Visualization, Supervision, Project Administration, and Funding Acquisition.

Funding (Optional)

SJSS requires authors to declare all sources of financial support for the research in a separate Funding section of the manuscript. Authors should clearly identify the funding agency, grant number (if applicable), and the recipient of the funding. If the study did not receive any specific funding from public, commercial, or not-for-profit sectors, it is not necessary to include this section.

Ethics Approval Statement

Authors must include a statement confirming whether ethical approval was obtained for research involving human participants. This ensures that participant rights, safety, privacy, and ethical standards were properly protected. If approval was granted, authors must identify the approving ethics committee and provide the approval number. If approval was not obtained, authors must clearly justify the reason and explain how ethical considerations were addressed.

Conflict of Interest

Authors are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
