บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการจัดการความเสี่ยงของครัวเรือนเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกอ้อยในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ หน่วยในการวิเคราะห์ระดับครัวเรือน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือครัวเรือนเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกอ้อยในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 384 ครัวเรือน มาจากการกำหนด 5 พื้นที่จังหวัดที่มีครัวเรือนเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกอ้อยมากที่สุดและมีโรงงานน้ำตาลตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ และจัดทำบัญชีรายชื่อครัวเรือนเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกอ้อยโดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเป็นระบบ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ระหว่างเดือนมิถุนายน - พฤศจิกายน 2564 และมีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนาและสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณรูปแบบพหุระดับ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การจัดการความเสี่ยงของครัวเรือนเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกอ้อยในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 113 คะแนน และพบว่าปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการจัดการความเสี่ยงของครัวเรือนเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกอ้อยในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ได้แก่ จำนวนปีการศึกษาสูงสุดของสมาชิกในครัวเรือน 0 -17 ปี จำนวนพื้นที่ปลูกอ้อย จำนวนเทคโนโลยีการผลิต รายได้ต่อพื้นที่ 1 ไร่ ความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบการผลิตอ้อย การสนับสนุนจากรัฐ การสนับสนุนจากโรงงาน การสนับสนุนจากชุมชน/เครือข่าย และผลกระทบการเข้าร่วมระบบเกษตรพันธสัญญา
