การบริหารโรงเรียนโดยใช้แนวคิด 7S ของแมคคินซีย์ตามทัศนะของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี ชุมพร

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ทัศนะของครูต่อการบริหารโรงเรียนโดยใช้แนวคิด 7S ของแมคคินซีย์ 2) เปรียบเทียบทัศนะของครูต่อการบริหารโรงเรียนโดยใช้แนวคิด 7S ของแมคคินซีย์ ตามตัวแปร เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ขนาดโรงเรียน ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานและตำแหน่งวิทยฐานะ 3) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะ กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 331 คน ซึ่งได้จากการนำจำนวนประชากรไปเทียบกับตารางของเครสซี่และมอร์แกน แล้วใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิตามขนาดโรงเรียนและสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ ตามลำดับ คุณภาพของเครื่องมือผ่านการหาความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 ท่าน มีค่าความสอดคล้อง (IOC) อยู่ระหว่าง .60 – 1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .98
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ทัศนะของครูต่อการบริหารโรงเรียนโดยใช้แนวคิด 7S ของแมคคินซีย์ อยู่ในระดับดี 2) ครูที่มีเพศและขนาดโรงเรียนต่างกัน มีทัศนะต่อการบริหารโรงเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ .01 ตามลำดับ ส่วนครูที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานและตำแหน่งวิทยฐานะต่างกัน มีทัศนะต่อการบริหารโรงเรียนโดยใช้แนวคิด 7S ของแมคคินซีย์ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะ พบว่า ผู้บริหารยังขาดภาวะผู้นำ มอบหมายภาระงานสอนและงานอื่น ๆ มากเกินความจำเป็น ขาดทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยีและการนำระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตมาใช้ในการดำเนินงาน ยังไม่คลอบคลุมทุกพื้นที่ของโรงเรียน ดังนั้น ผู้บริหารควรมีภาวะผู้นำ มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้เทคโนโลยี และติดตั้งระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตให้คลอบคลุมทุกพื้นที่ของโรงเรียน เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้ครูได้ใช้ในการดำเนินงานและขับเคลื่อนการศึกษาให้ไปสู่ความสำเร็จ
