พฤติกรรมการใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์กับความต้องการรูปแบบห้องสมุด ที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา

ห้องสมุดเป็นแหล่งความรู้ที่สำคัญเปรียบเสมือนเป็นคลังสมองของเยาวชน จะต้องปรับตัวให้ทันสมัยต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล การบริหารงานจำเป็นต้องมีการปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบของห้องสมุดที่พึงประสงค์ให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพแวดล้อมและบริบทของสังคมที่เปลี่ยนไป
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) พฤติกรรมการใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการรูปแบบห้องสมุดที่พึงประสงค์ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความต้องการรูปแบบห้องสมุดที่พึงประสงค์ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์กับรูปแบบห้องสมุดที่พึงประสงค์ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ระดับปริญญาตรีในปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 393 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์ t – test การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียรสัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พฤติกรรมการใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ พบว่าด้านการศึกษามากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการบันเทิง และด้านการสื่อสาร ตามลำดับ 2) รูปแบบห้องสมุดที่พึงประสงค์ที่นักศึกษาต้องการมากที่สุดคือ ห้องสมุดดิจิทัล รองลงมาคือห้องสมุดเสมือน ห้องสมุดผสมผสาน ตามลำดับ 3) นักศึกษาที่เรียนสังกัดคณะต่างกันมีความต้องการรูปแบบห้องสมุดดิจิทัลแตกต่างกัน 4) พฤติกรรมการใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ด้านการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูงทิศทางเดียวกันกับความต้องการรูปแบบห้องสมุดดิจิทัลมากที่สุด ผลการวิจัย ครั้งนี้สามารถช่วยให้ศูนย์วิทยบริการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทานำข้อมูลที่ได้ค้นพบไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงการให้บริการของห้องสมุดให้ตรงความต้องการของนักศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
