Health Behaviors According to National Health Commandments of Grade 7 Students at Sirirattanathorn School

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study health behaviors according to the national health principles in mathayom suksa 1 students. The sample group used in this research was the subjects were 310 students selected by Sirirattanathon School, Bang Na District, Bangkok. Simple Random Sampling tool for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, average, standard deviation. A total of 3 1 0 students responded to the questionnaire, consisting of 1 3 9 males, representing 45.70% and females 165, representing 54.30%. The results showed that the positive health behaviors according to the national health regulations in M 1 Sirirattanathon School The behavior that the students practiced and had the highest mean was that the students looked after all parts of their body clean = 3.55 and the behavior with the least mean was Students exercise at least 45 minutes a day = 2.32 Negative health behaviors according to the National Health Ordinance in students in Secondary 1 , Sirirattanathon School With the lowest average (Rarely practiced) is that students use substance abuse Or being close to people who use drugs such as cigarettes, electric cigarettes, alcohol, etc. = 1. 33 and the behavior with the highest mean (Regular practice) that students often play on the phone or play games for more than 2 hours a day = 3.38
