Abstract

This research was: 1) to analyze synthesis elements of an open online learning management model for a large group of learners; 2) to develop an online learning management model open to a large group of learners, to enhance the capacity of community product development. 3) To evaluate the effectiveness of using online learning management model for a large group of learners to enhance the capacity of community product development. The community enterprise personnel population and sample were the Ban Na Yai community enterprise, in Sa Mak District and Chian Yai District, 20 people in Nakhon Si Thammarat.

The research found that 1) Results Analysis Synthesis of the components of an open online learning management model for large groups of learners. Element 1 was principles of learning management, Element 2 was online activities, Element 3 was open interaction, and Element 4 was evaluation for a large group of learners. 2) The development of an online learning management model for a large group of learners was to enhance the capacity of community product development for community enterprise personnel The results of the performance evaluation used an open-source online learning management model for a large group learners to enhance the capacity of community product development for community enterprise personnel with pilot group. Overall, the performance was at a high level. The average was 4.21 and the standard deviation was 0.70. 3) In the evaluation of the effectiveness of using an open online learning management model for a large group of learners to enhance the capacity of community product development for community enterprise personnel, the overall performance was at the highest level. The mean score was 4.67 and the standard deviation was 0.85. In the results of the published online learning management learning model for a large group of learners to enhance the capacity of community product development for enterprise personnel overall, the quality was most appropriate to use at the highest level. The mean was 4.73 and standard deviation 0.83
