Abstract

       This study, the development of creative tourism potential in Bang Sa Kao Subdistrict, Chanthaburi Province. The objectives are 1) to study the components of tourism in Bang Sarakao Subdistrict, Chanthaburi Province; 2) to study the development of the potential of tourism in Bang Sarakao Subdistrict, Chanthaburi Province; 3) to propose guidelines for the development of the marketing potential of creative tourism in Bang Sarakao Subdistrict, Chanthaburi Province; and 4) to propose guidelines for the development of the potential of creative tourism in Bang Sarakao Subdistrict, Chanthaburi. This is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. conducting interviews and holding focus group meetings with the sample group. Quantitative data from the questionnaires were examined using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Content analysis was used to analyze qualitative data.

       The research findings revealed that (1) the tourism components of Bang Sakaeo Subdistrict, Chanthaburi Province, are at a high level. The component with the highest potential is the tourist attractions. (2) To development of tourism potential in Bang Sakaeo Subdistrict, Chanthaburi Province, is at the highest level, with the highest tourism potential being in terms of area. (3) Guidelines for developing the marketing potential of creative tourism in Bang Sakaeo Subdistrict, Chanthaburi Province, found that the community should develop products, diversify sales channels, ensure easy accessibility, maintain continuous publicity, create marketing promotion plans, improve service convenience and speed, and train marketing and technology skills. 4) Guidelines for developing the potential of creative tourism in Bang Sakaeo Subdistrict, Chanthaburi Province. The community should focus on presenting the authentic way of life of the local people, emphasizing tourist participation in activities, encouraging the exchange of opinions, highlighting community products, and should be carried out by the community itself according to the four-step management approach for creative tourism, which includes: 1. Development stage 2. Value-add stage 3. Finding differences 4. Creating trends
