การวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพทางเทคนิคของสหกรณ์ประมงโดยใช้แบบจำลอง

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษานี้เพื่อวัดประสิทธิภาพทางเทคนิคของสหกรณ์ประมง ทั้งสี่ภูมิภาค จำนวน 55 สหกรณ์ ได้แก่ ภาคเหนือ จำนวน 3 สหกรณ์ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 12 สหกรณ์ ภาคกลาง จำนวน 31 สหกรณ์ และ ภาคใต้ จำนวน 10 สหกรณ์ โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลงบการเงินประจำปี พ.ศ. 2565 ในการศึกษานี้พิจารณาข้อมูลปัจจัยนำเข้า ได้แก่ ค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินงาน เงินรับฝาก และทุนเรือนหุ้น และข้อมูลปัจจัยผลผลิต ได้แก่ กำไรและจำนวนสมาชิก ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สหกรณ์ประมงภาคใต้มีประสิทธิภาพทางเทคนิคสูงกว่าภูมิภาคอื่น เมื่อวิเคราะห์ตามตัวแบบผลตอบแทนแบบคงที่ และผลตอบแทนแบบแปรผัน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 50 และ 60 ตามลำดับ ในทางตรงกันข้าม สหกรณ์ประมงภาคกลางมีค่าประสิทธิภาพทางเทคนิคต่ำที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 32.25 และ 38.70 ตามลำดับ ยิ่งไปกว่านั้นการศึกษานี้พบว่ามีสหกรณ์ประมง จำนวน 20 สหกรณ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพด้านขนาด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 35.71 ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ทั้งนี้สหกรณ์ประมงของประเทศไทยสามารถเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพทางเทคนิคได้โดยการปรับปรุงปัจจัยนำเข้า
