บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนานักเรียนนายร้อยให้เป็นนักรบที่ชาญฉลาดโดยการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์โรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า จำนวน 30 คน การสนทนาโดยผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์โรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า จำนวน 15 คน ใช้วิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง รวมทั้งรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิชนิดหลายขั้นตอน แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคุณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนานักเรียนนายร้อยให้เป็นนักรบที่ชาญฉลาดประกอบไปด้วย 3 ด้าน ประกอบไปด้วย (1) ปัจจัยด้านนักรบที่ชาญฉลาด ประกอบด้วย ความชำนาญ ความเฉียบแหลม ไหวพริบดี และปัญญาดี (2) ปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ ประกอบด้วย ภาวะผู้นำเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ มีวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกล มีทักษะในการสื่อสารอย่างโดดเด่นใช้ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ทันสมัย ผู้นำมากด้วยบารมี และการควบคุมติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงาน ส่วนนักเรียนนายร้อยในด้านนักรบที่ชาญฉลาด และด้านภาวะผู้นำเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ โดยส่วนรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยเห็นด้วยมากที่สุด และ (3) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนานับรบที่ชาญฉลาด ในด้านอุดมการณ์รักชาติ ศาสนา พระมหากษัตริย์โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยเห็นด้วยมาก และ 2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนานักเรียนนายร้อยให้เป็นนักรบที่ชาญฉลาดโรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า พบว่า ตัวแปรที่สามารถพยากรณ์ตัวแปรเกณฑ์มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคุณ (R) เท่ากับ 1.000 โดยตัวแปรในปัจจัยด้านนักรบที่ชาญฉลาด ปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ และปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนานักรบที่ชาญฉลาด  มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ของตัวแปรพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน (B) เท่ากับ -0.984 + -0.161 + 1.027 ตามลำดับ

A Study of Factors Affecting Strategy for Mulation for Being the Smart Warriors Development of Cadets in Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy

ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research were to study the factors that impact the strategy of the cadet development for being the smart warriors by the mixed methods research. The information was collated by interviewing the 30 experts, executives and instructors of the CRMA, by focus group of 15 experts, executives and instructors of the CRMA, by the purposes method and in the same time, the information was also collated by the interviewing with a group of 400 cadets in sampling used by the multi-level stratified random sampling. The scale questionnaires with its reliability rate were 0.97. The information was analyzed by the statistics – percentage, mean, standard deviation correlation coefficient, correlation and multiple regression analysis. The findings were : 1) There were 3 parts of the factors of the strategy for smart warriors development of cadets in CRMA in the next decade. 1) The part of smart warriors consist of skills, intelligence, resourcefulness, and Tactics. 2) The part of strategic leadership consisted of the qualities of strategic leadership, wide vision, outstanding communication skill, the using ability in modern strategy, the powerful leader, challenging, the result controlling and monitoring.  And 3) The factors of the strategy of the cadet development for being the smart warriors in the part of ideology (for loving country, religion, and monarchy) in general has the most agreement in the mean.  2) The factors that specify the strategy for smart warrior development of cadets in CRMA in the next decade, there were 4 factors for the smart warrior development part, patience; strategic thinking; creativity; positive thinking, and there are 3 factors for psychology part, the ideology of loyalty to nation, religion, and monarchy ; sacrifice for nation; bravery and patience.
