Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางการบริหารเครือข่ายการจัดการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยชุมชนโดยการศึกษาภาคสนามกรณีศึกษาที่น่าสนใจของวิทยาลัยชุมชน 4 ภูมิภาค และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 2. สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารเครือข่ายการจัดการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยชุมชนโดยนำข้อมูลจากขั้นตอนที่ 1 มายกร่างรูปแบบการบริหารเครือข่ายการจัดการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยชุมชน และตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน  โดยใช้เทคนิคสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และ 3. ประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารเครือข่ายการจัดการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยชุมชนโดย ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยชุมชน รองผู้อำนวยการ อาจารย์ และบุคลากรวิทยาลัยชุมชน จำนวน 80 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารเครือข่ายของวิทยาลัยชุมชนมีบุคคลหรือองค์กรเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาเน้นกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของเครือข่าย ส่วนแนวทางการบริหารเครือข่ายการจัดการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยชุมชนประกอบด้วย 1.1) องค์คณะบุคคลหรือเครือข่ายความร่วมมือในการจัดการศึกษา 1.2) เป้าหมาย วัตถุประสงค์และ พันธกิจ และ 1.3) กระบวนการบริหารเครือข่ายการจัดการศึกษาแบบมีส่วนร่วม 2) รูปแบบการบริหารเครือข่ายการจัดการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยชุมชนประกอบด้วย 2.1) คณะบุคคลและองค์กรของเครือข่าย 2.2) เป้าหมาย/วัตถุประสงค์ของเครือข่าย และ 2.3) การบริหารเครือข่าย และการมีส่วนร่วมจัดการศึกษา และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จ และ 3) องค์ประกอบของการบริหารเครือข่ายการจัดการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยชุมชนมีความเป็นไปได้และความมีประโยชน์ในการนำไปใช้อยู่ในระดับมาก

A Model for the Networking Management in Education of the Community College

ABSTRACT

This research aimed to 1. the field studies were conducted across 4 regions to explore the conditions and directions of the networking management in education of the community college together with the interviews with senior experts; 2. a model for the networking management in education of the community college was drafted on the basis of the data acquired in the first stage, while the suitability of the model was verified by 9 specialists through the connoisseurship technic. 3. the viability and utility of the model for the networking management in education of the community college was assessed using the  questionnaires which were distributed to a total number of 80 persons: the directors, deputy directors, lecturers and personnel of the community colleges. The following research results were revealed: 1) With respect to the conditions and directions of the networking management in education of the community college, the former concerned not only the involvement of personnel or organizations with the management in education. Meanwhile, the latter consisted of 1.1) the body of people or collaboration network for the management in education, 1.2) targets, objectives and missions, and 1.3) networking management in education based on the participatory approach. 2) The developed model for the networking management in education of the community college comprised 3 elements: 2.1) the body of people and organization of the network, 2.2) targets/objectives of the network, and 2.3) networking management, participation in the management in education, and contributory factors to the success. And 3) the assessment of the model for the networking management in education of the community college revealed that the viability and utility of the elements of the model were at a high level.
