The Integration of a Treatment for Menopause Using Thai Medicine and Applied Thai Traditional Medicine, Prapokklao Hospital Chanthaburi Province

Abstract
This research aims to study the problem of treatment for postmenopausal woman with Thai tradition medicine. And to study the intergration of the treatment with Thai tradition medicine and Thai applied tradition medicine in Prapokkloa Hospital, Chantaburi province. By using a Qualitative Research finds : the problem are many symptoms that make difficult to diagnose. By the case of Thai tradition medicine does not use science, but using the pulse method only. It many cause a diagnosis of mistake. The use of herbs with some food and no procedure can not control the cause of symptoms of aging woman. The follow up of treatment in some menopause woman. They decide to stop treatment because they think they are healed Due to drug is in the nonnational primary drug registry. They have to pay for the treatment. In the integrating treatment. Finds taking history, use processing of science with herbs treatment and avoiding some food, use a decoction herbs to increase the options for aging woman. Integration of procedural service to promote better therapeutic effect. Follow up with laboratory tests. Cost saving by using drugs in the National list of essential Medicines.
