Leadership for the local drive to Globalization

Abstract
Nowadays, the global systems has transformed in globalized society. Within the various processes are linked all together as a network, these has affecting to the entire system However, it makes a greater variety of technology and communications. But the fact that globalization is disputed with the community which occurred before these global changes. Capitalism obscure localism. Public sector management has dominated social power. Hence, localism was the main priority as the key concept for community leaders to be allocated the management to be more efficiently and effectively. Thus, distribution of resources and power of the community for local self-reliance even if it was threaten by the capitalism and globalization. By the management of a leader with virtue and take advantage of the local area with integrity sustainable.
