The Development Guideline of General Management Curriculum, Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University According to the Desirable of Kamphaeng Phet’s Graduate User

Abstract

This research has the aims as 1. to study the desirable qualification needs of graduates in Business Administration curriculum (General Management) in Kamphaeng Phet Province and 2. to study the development and improvement of Business Administration curriculum (General Management), Faculty of Management Science, Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University. The results had found that most of the users were male, more than 45 years, 15 years working experience and the business owner. Most of the desirable characteristic were the morality and ethics and interpersonal relationships and responsibilities were the second top desirable. The development and improvement had found that the graduates should be on time, have the responsibility, develop their ability and adapt the performance to solve the problems in the real life.
