Abstract
The purpose of this research to study guidelines of sustainable tourism management planning: case study Phipun district, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. Qualitative research. Using a set of interviews and record of observations. The target group were 16 Key from leaders and elders in communities. The data were collected by in-depth interviews, observations, participatory action, and evaluation. The target group were 16 key from Leaders and elders in communities. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The findings revealed as follows: Co-rules to manage the environment, culture, inclusion, and travel. By meetings and public hearings. Community organization to work and spread the benefit from management of social fair tourism. Activities of Unique tourism. Including learning between communities and tourists in a manner "Knowledge of Community" to support tourism in every activity of learning.
