The Causal Relationship and Effect of Tacit Knowledge Sharing and Explicit Knowledge Sharing : An Empirical Evidence of Private Hospitals in Thailand

Abstract
This research aimed to verify the causal relationship and effect of tacit knowledge sharing and explicit knowledge sharing of private hospitals in Thailand. The tool used questionnaire by airmail and collected data of board of directors of 162 private hospitals. Statistic of analyzing these data was multiple regression analysis by using 0.05 level of significance. The results of this study showed that 1) Tacit knowledge sharing in social network had positive influence on explicit knowledge sharing in creating knowledge capability. 2) Tacit knowledge sharing in cultural teamwork had positive influence on explicit knowledge sharing. 3) Tacit knowledge sharing in communication capability and cultural teamwork had positive influence on service innovation and administrative innovation. 4) Explicit knowledge sharing had influence effect on service innovation and administrative innovation. 5) Service innovation and administrative innovation had positive influence on organizational performance. and 6) Change management and Formal orientation had positive influence on tacit knowledge sharing and explicit knowledge sharing.
