Influence of Teamwork on Performance of Local Administrative Organization Personnel in Muang District, Phetchabun Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the level of teamwork and the level of performance of personnel of local government organizations in Muang district. Phetchabun Province, 2) Influence of teamwork on the efficiency of work performance of personnel of local government organizations in Muang District Phetchabun Province. The sample was randomly sampled using a simple random sampling method from 167 personnel in local administrative organizations in Muang District, Phetchabun Province. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, multiple regression analysis. The results of the research were found that 1) overall teamwork was at a high level and operational efficiency was at a high level, 2) The influence of teamwork on the performance of personnel of local administrative organizations in Muang District, Phetchabun Province was statistically significant at the 0.05 level for 2 aspects, namely the setting of the team's mission and goals and the progress and job security.
