The Development of the Learning Achievement Test in Innovation and Educational Information Technology Course of Undergraduate Students in Education

Abstract

ABSTRACT


This research aims at the development of the learning achievement test in Innovation and Educational Information Technology course of undergraduate students in Education. Samples of 5 experts and 30 students are used in this research. Statistics used for data analysis are including mean, standard deviation, the index of item objective congruence of the learning achievement test, difficulty, discrimination, and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The results revealed that 1) the overall opinion towards content quality evaluation carried out by experts including suitability evaluation of the content sequence, is at the highest level with mean of 4.73, and the overall opinion for suitability evaluation of lesson contents, comprising 6 major lessons, and 46 minor lessons, is at the highest level with mean of 4.91, 2) the development of learning achievement test resulted in the approval test consisted of 60 assessments, and the consistency index (IOC) is between 0.60 and 1.00, and 3) the quality evaluation of difficulty is between 0.23 and 0.77; the discrimination is between 0.20 and 0.80, and the reliability is 0.93.
