A Cabin Crew Opinion on Flight Purser’s Leadership and Cabin Crew Experience: A Case Study of A Full-service Airline in Thailand

Abstract
The objective of this research was to investigate the cabin crew opinion on flight purser's leadership and cabin crew experience: a case study of a full-service airline in Thailand. This was accomplished through employing the quantitative method, collecting 148 questionnaires according to Krejcie and Morgan's table in the sample size specification, and selecting respondents applying simple random sampling. The statistics used were frequency, mean, percentage, and standard deviation. The results revealed that the opinions on flight purser leadership and cabin crew experience overall were at the highest level.
