บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาเรื่อง “ความคิดเห็นของผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยเทคนิคที่มีต่อการเพิ่มการผลิตกำลังคนเข้าทำงานในสถานประกอบการเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก” เป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Study) มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยเทคนิคในประเด็นวิธีการเพิ่มจำนวนนักเรียนอาชีวะให้กับวิทยาลัยเทคนิค เพื่อผลิตกำลังคนเข้าทำงานในสถานประกอบการจังหวัดชลบุรี ฉะเชิงเทรา และระยอง ใช้การเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) สัมภาษณ์ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยเทคนิคชลบุรี ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยเทคนิคฉะเชิงเทรา และผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยเทคนิคระยอง ผลการศึกษาแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ ประเด็นแรก เปลี่ยนแปลงความเชื่อที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรม (Mindset) ของคนในสังคมที่มีต่ออาชีวศึกษา และนักเรียนอาชีวะในทิศทางลบ ประเด็นที่สอง เปิดโอกาสให้อาจารย์วิทยาลัยเทคนิคเข้าสอนนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา
