Abstract

The objectives of this research ware to study the enhancing entrepreneurs of ODOP Products and formulate the strategy Development for the enhancing entrepreneurs of ODOP Products in Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR, Carried out in 2 phases. Phase 1 Step 1: The key informants of 15 people. Tools used a semi-structured interview content analysis Using statics, frequency values and percentage values. Step 2: Populations 54 peoples, tools used the questionnaire, the data was analyzed using a computer program. Analysis of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Summary. Phase 2 Step 1: Data were analyzed using SWOT Analysis technique. Step 2: create a draft the strategy Development, the target group 15 peoples, Research instruments Is a semi-structured interview Data analysis by content analysis. Step 3: confirm strategy. the target group 30 peoples. Tools used the feasibility and feasibility assessment form. Analyze data using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research results showed that: 1. to study the enhancing entrepreneurs of ODOP Products in Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR. The overall problem was moderate. The averages were sorted from ascending problem, ranked 1) capital, 2) marketing, 3) management and 4) production.  2.The strategy Development For enhancing entrepreneurs of ODOP Products in Vientiane Capital, Lao People's Democratic Republic, achieved the vision, mission, goals and 4 strategic which are Strategy: Raising and developing funds to support entrepreneurs of ODOP products to be able to expand their businesses. Strategy 2: Proactively publicize ODOP product marketing Strategy 3 Developing a management system for ODOP product operators Strategy 4: Developing ODOP product quality to be certified by relevant agencies Upon confirmation. When confirming the strategy, it was found that Overall and each aspect with an average of higher than 3.51 is considered to pass the assessment criteria.
