บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยและพัฒนามีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ของสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอนของครูภาษาอังกฤษระดับอุดมศึกษา สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว (สปป.ลาว) 2) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอน 3) เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมตามแนวคิดชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอนสำหรับครูภาษาอังกฤษระดับอุดมศึกษา สปป.ลาว และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือครูผู้สอนภาษาอังกฤษ มหาวิทยาลัยสะหวันนะเขต สปป.ลาว ที่สนใจสมัครเข้ารับการอบรมตามหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 13 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย หลักสูตร ฝึกอบรม แผนการจัดการฝึกอบรม แบบทดสอบวัดสมรรถนะด้านความรู้ แบบประเมินสมรรถนะด้านทักษะ แบบประเมินด้านคุณลักษณะ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สมรรถนะการวิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอนของครู ประกอบด้วย 3 สมรรถนะหลัก ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะ และด้านคุณลักษณะ โดยมี 19 สมรรถนะย่อย 61 ตัวบ่งชี้ และผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของสมรรถนะทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.74 2) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น โดยรวมทุกด้านมีค่าเหมาะสม มากที่สุดค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.75 และ 3) ผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า ครูที่เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมมีสมรรถนะด้านความรู้ และด้านทักษะของครูหลังฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรมและสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ร้อยละ 70 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และสมรรถนะด้านคุณลักษณะ หลังฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมต่อหลักสูตรที่พัฒนาขึ้นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
