Model for Managing Savings Groups for Production in the Midst of the Economic Recession

Abstract

This study aims to 1) analyze the management conditions of savings groups for production amidst the economic recession in Ratchaburi Province. 2) Synthesize the model for managing savings groups for production amidst the economic recession using qualitative research methods. Using a case study research method. It is a study from related documents. and a group of related persons totaling 18 people Data were collected using in-depth interview techniques. and group discussion Data were analyzed using a content analysis approach. and present information using descriptive methods. The results of the study found that  1) Conditions of management of savings groups for production amidst the economic recession in Ratchaburi Province. The group plans work. Manage the organization according to the work structure by dividing the committee into 4 groups. Personnel work will focus on developing members and committee members to have potential and skills for driving the group's activities.
