The Effect of Organizational Environment Management that Affects the Performance of Personnel at a Hospital in Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract

The objectives of this comprehensive research were (1) to study the level of environmental management in organizations and employee performance at hospitals in Nakhon Pathom Province, and (2) to study environmental management organizations that affect employee performance at hospitals in Nakhon Pathom Province. The population used in this study was 284 employees of the hospital in Nakhon Pathom Province. Using Yamane's calculation formula, a widely accepted method in research. The instrument of this research was a well-designed questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression, ensuring a rigorous analysis. The result of the study found that the level of opinions regarding the management of the organizational environment of personnel at a hospital in Nakhon Pathom Province. Overall, a high level as for the level of the views regarding the work performance of personnel at a hospital in Nakhon Pathom Province. Overall, it was found that the variables had a positive relationship with the performance of a hospital in Nakhon Pathom Province. Significant at the 0.05 level includes management system and organizational structure, which are factors related to managing the environment in the organization. Organizational culture, Management system, and organizational structure determine a hospital's performance in Nakhon Pathom Province, which is statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
