The MICE Guidelines for Moving Regional Economy: Case Study Pilot Lower Northern

Abstract
This research The objectives were to 1) study the analysis of the MICE ecosystem in driving the regional economy: a pilot case in the lower northern region. 2) Study the main economic issues using MICE to drive the regional economy: pilot case of the lower northern region. 3) Create a strategy for using MICE to drive the regional economy: pilot case of the lower northern region and 4) Create a model and guidelines for using MICE to drive the regional economy: a pilot case in the lower northern region. research methods Characteristics of Mixed methods research The target group was 270 key informants using a purposive selection method. The target area is 9 provinces in the lower northern region. The research tools consisted of 3 questionnaires, 1 interview form, and 1 focus group discussion item. and data analysis is analyzing content and creating inductive conclusions. The results of the research found that 1) components of the main business, Business support, business ecosystem and infrastructure that is an important mechanism driving the regional economy. 2) The main economic issue is that the potential of health promotion services in each province has the potential and readiness to create economic value in the region. and potential in food innovation Able to raise standards in the agricultural sector Production of goods and services based on a high-value creative economy. 3) Strategy for using MICE to drive the regional economy Set goals to strengthen the economy through MICE business. The lower northern region is a high-value economic base for food innovation. and health care by using MICE events to strengthen competitiveness and 4) Model and guidelines for using MICE to drive the regional economy and concrete guidelines for using MICE to drive the regional economy in the area.
