The Community Product Development Through Design thinking Linked to Tourism Based on Cultural Heritage Case Study of Ban Mai Sri Ubon Weaving Group Kamphaeng Phet Province

Abstract
This research The objectives are 1) to develop community products using design thinking methods. using cultural heritage funds Case study of Ban Mai Sri Ubon weaving group Kamphaeng Phet Province 2) to assess tourist satisfaction towards community products based on cultural heritage Kamphaeng Phet Province The research process is divided into 2 phases: Research Phase 1 develops community products using design thinking methods. using cultural heritage funds Case study of Ban Mai Sri Ubon weaving group Kamphaeng Phet Province by linking the concept of The five stages of Design Thinking (Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford University, 2010) and design thinking tools. To solve the problem of thinking and linking community products with cultural heritage to be diverse. By organizing activities with participation from 10 representative members of the Ban Mai Sri Ubon weaving community for product development. The design thinking activities include 1) creating a persona, 2) asking WH questions, 3) considering multiple perspectives, 4) creating a flower map, 5) Structure and select ideas, 6) Idea communication sheet, 7) Considering prototype, 8) Feedback-capture grid and 9) Retrospective board and evaluate the design thinking process with community participation. By 3 experts analyzed with 5-level evaluation criteria (Rating Scale), it was found that the overall evaluation results were at a high level. with a mean of 3.85, a standard deviation of 0.75, and the community has designed and developed cultural products from the process of linking cultural heritage with the design thinking process. 3 products are coats, shoulder bags, and hats by using cultural capital. Sila Lom Phet cloth pattern with the Bun Bang Fai tradition within the community as a design concept. Phase 2: Evaluate tourist satisfaction. towards community products based on cultural heritage Kamphaeng Phet Province that has gone through the development process with the design thinking process by 100 tourists, they evaluated 5 aspects, including connection with tourism. connection with cultural heritage Value based on identity and cultural heritage Marketing ability and product quality The overall assessment results were at a high level with a mean of 4.28, a standard deviation of 0.55, with satisfaction in connection with tourism being the highest at a high level, a mean of 4.38, a standard deviation of 0.54.
