Development of a Learning Management Model According to the Multicultural Educational Approach for the Pre-Service Teaches in the Faculty of Education Phetchabun Rajabhat University

Abstract

The objectives of this research article are 1) to develop a learning management model based on multicultural education guidelines for pre-service teaching Faculty of Education Phetchabun Rajabhat University, and 2) studying the results of learning management according to the multicultural education approach for the            pre-service teaches in the Faculty of Education Phetchabun Rajabhat University. The sample group consists of 50 pre-service teachers who are currently studying in their second year in Semester 2/2023, and are in the process of teaching in a specific subject area (SIL2) by purposive selection. Employ descriptive analysis and qualitative research, with a focus on various case studies, field research, and research and development techniques. As this study examines the behavior of teaching students who have gained knowledge or altered their behavior as a result of action research, the “researcher” is a crucial research instrument. In order to examine the data at different levels of each issue, the researcher has employed tangible instruments to assist in data collection, such as questions and observation lines, which will be gathered and categorized. The research results found that 1) to develop a learning management model based on multicultural education guidelines for pre-service teaching Faculty of Education Phetchabun Rajabhat University, employing a research methodology to create a multicultural education-based learning management system that incorporates Bennett (2007) theoretical ideas into the planning of instructional activities. It was discovered that pre-service teaching who took part in the multicultural education workshop, an active learning activity that applies the 4M 1E principles to analyze information, come to conclusions, make notes, and compose knowledge summaries after learning through the use of concept maps, as evidenced by reflection in each task, helped the students learn these skills, and    2) studying the results of learning management according to the multicultural education approach for the pre-service teaches in the Faculty of Education Phetchabun Rajabhat University, it has been discovered that pre-service teachers who take part in workshops on intercultural education are able to create activities that support students in forming good attitudes about diversity based on cultural differences. This is evident from the pre-service to accommodate pupils of different racial, religious, cultural, linguistic, gender, and socioeconomic backgrounds, educators can modify their lesson plans or implement modifications to their current ones.
